If you’re still in NYC and have the time (and aren’t sick of hot dogs yet 😂) consider checking out Crif Dogs on St Marks PL. They serve deep-fried bacon-wrapped dogs with pretty elaborate fixins. And they have tater-tots 😋

Okay so there's this fast food restaurant near my place. About 10 years ago they started selling these samosas filled with classic Indian stir fried noodles with few chunks of paneer in it. Oh my, they tasted so good that most of fast food outlets here added those in their menu. So, yeah ramen samosas will definitely work!

Not sure why you were suggested the Pina colada drink over the papaya. Those hot dog places were initially juice stands, that added food later. The papaya is the way to go. Mind you, I'm not a fan of coconut, so my opinion is biased.

Lisa, you have to go to Astoria, Queens and check out Sal, Kris & Charlie's Deli - "The Sandwich King of Astoria". Everything is amazing, but it's famous for a sandwich called "The Bomb" 😋

You need to try marie sharps hot sauce! It's amazingly flavorful and goes with basically everything!

God I want this so bad, this looks so good
The way she talks and eats Make me wanna eat something too✨ 😭😭😭✨
Looks so good. 🥲
Looks so delicious maybe you should try making it
hey Lisa that place is great, they used to have one uptown, but their dogs are a bit smaller that Nathan's in Coney Island but have their signature "snap" when u bite into them. And the coconut drink is brilliant. The papaya juice really nice also. Did u get to Nathan's in Coney Island?
Love your videos keep it up
Nah nah nah the absolute best is Gray's Papaya!!!
Looks good glad I live in NYC
I always like to try the food the way it's served before adding the topping I like 👌 sometimes you think it needs something it doesn't 😝
Amazing!
i gotta try that place!!!!!
That bouncy bite is sometimes referred to as the hotdog having a “snap” to it. All my favorite hotdogs have natural casings on them. They’re more satisfying with the multiple textures and they usually have the most flavor IMO. 🌭
@darkness988
2 жыл бұрын
I've actually never heard that. Learn something new every day. When I've heard "snap" it's been used synonymously with, or just before or after "bite" and referring to, for lack of better word, bitterness of things like mustard or vinegar.
Omg so good
Papaya 🌭s are the BEST♥️
Looks great
Would love to see you venture even further up. Some of the best food in Manhattan is past 125th.
OMG I LIVE A FEW BLOCKS AWAY!! These dogs are the best!! Or if you go to brooklyn coney island they have the world famous nathans hot dog spot that used to host the hot dog eating contests
I love the Coconut Champagne drink there. Sooo good
"10/10 hot dog experience"
You should try the food at spicy shallot its in queens! Honestly my too go spot and I always ask for my food to be made extra spicy
Looks delicious
86th on the Upper east side. Brings back memories.
Omg Lisa if you’re still in NYC you HAVE to go to koreatown and try this one kbbq place called “Let’s Meat”. Its so bomb trust me! Also I hope to coincidentally run into you one day on the street lmao
I used to live right down the street from Papaya, absolutely love it, highly recommend the chili dog
A good hot dog IMO needs to have that snap when you bite into it because there is nothing worse than a soft squishy hot dog. I bought these corn dogs recently and the hot dogs inside had no snap so they were soft and it just made the whole corn dog experience (UN)enjoyable. Edit: I left the un off of unenjoyable

Wait so do you like the snap or no snap??
Last time I was in New York, we just walked by after going to the comedy club. I never heard of it until I got back home and watched a hotdog special in New york. I don't know it was pretty late I guess, there was no chili there either or I would have defiantly gotten that. For some reason nobody I know in off Holland has mastered a good spicey chilly for on a hotdog. The last time i ate a chili dog was at A&W Singapore and years later i was there again and searched the whole airport for it and it was gone. Or it was all a dream :)
if you did 86th street Papaya King...that's the end game. ABSOLUTE best dogs in NYC...PERIOD. I can't wait to go back !!!!
The bounce is called a “snap” from the casing
If you ever get across the bridge to NJ go to Rutts Hutt in Clifton for a ripper, Jimmy Buff's in Newark for an Italian Hot Dog and Hiram's in Fort Lee
I'm an NYC native but I gotta say, best damn hot dogs I've had are the fried hotdogs from Hiram's Hot Dogs in Fort Lee . They've been around since the 30's and they're still kickin it.
Hiiii Lisa...Big fan of yours ❤️ love from India.
The 'snap' is important to a good dog. This is the authentic experience.
4am and that's made me fire up the ninja foodi thanks 🤪
Really great Hot Dog. I’d get an east side dog when I’m there. It’s a Hot Dog with Pastrami, sauerkraut and mustard.
That my favorite place for hotdogs!!
The best in NYC!
Thank you so much!
NY is so diverse... you should try all the different hotdogs Lisa 🌭 😉
It look cool 😩
I love your videos Lisa can you please make your videos longer please
You NEED to have a street dog and a shish kabob from the cart man. Delicious 😋
Looks good
Lisa since you love pickles you should put them on peanut butter. I knew a cop who gradation class ate them up.
that bounce that you were talking about when biting into it, is called a bite funny enough
hey if you have time, you should check this bbq skewer cart in chinatown, its off of grand st and they open up around 5pm ish. super great food and super cheap!
The hotdog 🌭 looks delicious 😋
I moved from E 88th street a year ago, Lisa. This video made me think I still lived in NY for a second.
Hold on a sec. The bus scene was funny
Glad you like new york hotdogs
I only know about papaya King hot dogs because of the Seinfeld episode where Kramer doesn't want a movie hot dog, he wants a papaya king.
You should try brazilian hot dog. what they have inside? everything! lol
Now that's the way to do it
You’re on a roll with the 🌭🌭
$7.50 a piece = ¢70 ingredients + $1.30 chef works + $5.50 location. Drizzle while you can relax inside = priceless.

I was watching this while eating a hot dog😂
I live in far rock queens now but I’m from east Harlem a few miles up but I went to 86 st all the time as a kid and always hit up the papaya place
i think you should try sagar in jackson heights! i live near there
Try Hiram's just across the bridge in jersey!!
I love your voice .here from lithuania 🇱🇹
The ny hotdog addiction begins
They opened a Papaya King in L.A years ago and it closed because it didn't do well. I thought it was okay but the chili dog at Pinks is the best in L.A
That bus 😂
The "bounce" is generally called snap. And yeah. Papaya King is dope
I used to work near this location. I would get off at 11pm and get myself a hot dog after a long shift hehe
The slight tartness comes from the New York tap water they make those drinks out of.
I see Lisa eat hot dogs, I want to microwave a hot dog. 🤤
The Nathan's at Coney Island is pretty good too.
Is that the one next to central park? Im from MD so I dont know the streets all that well lol
The bounce is the sausage case ripping when you bite
Omg this restaurant was in the You don’t mess with the Zohan!! When the guy pulled a gun and silencer from hot dog buns and grill 🤣
