So happy to see you trying a vadai! The one in the middle is sambhar. The white one is coconut chutney (as you mentioned) and the other one looks like onion and tomato chutney, which is also one of the traditional chutneys served with idly, vada etc. Have you had a chance to try masala dosa? If not, I highly recommend trying that out the next time you visit a South Indian restaurant!

Love that you tried Bangladeshi food! Just a small bit of info though: pani puri /gol gappa is an Indian street food dish. The one you tried is called fuchka, and has a heftier filling and is served with a liquid called 'tok' made out of tarmarind which we spoon into the crispy shells. Pani puri's generally have less filling and have to be dipped whole into coriander and mint-based liquid.

Also there was a topping of chanachur on your fuchka which is a very popular Bangladeshi snack. I definitely recommend it to you. Hope you try more Bangladeshi good and make a video about it🥺❤️

A little tip about the last snack (Dangit) It would be even best if you dip it in Vinegar! Im from Capiz (Seafood capital of PH) and we sell plenty of dried seafood in our markets. And Dangit is one of my top favorite after anchovies.
