    Tell a story with everything because that's how we learn. Don’t start with a climax. Start with tension. Create tension. Have multiple threads. Structure the story to create curiosity. Add your own style. Embody the story and use your hands and to act the story out. Change characters. Add hooks and tension.

    Today I recorded talking and laughing at myself so much I forgot I was actually walking at the same time 😆 whole 50 minutes (laughing breaks included) I stopped only because I was simply too exhausted. I took the bus the other half of the way to work whenever the 1st bus came. (It was 4 AM, and one hell of a story!!!!!!) Trying to learn to speak more outloud and get out of my head. Thanks so much Julien!

He calls it podcast exercise. Also he takes amazing care of his health. That's why his thoughts are clear and is able to lay them out easily.

    Hey Julien I've been wondering why your videos feel like there's a hidden scam -- like you're those ads of rich people saying they're rich and how you could be rich if you do what they did, even though your advice seems great. I realized it's because I've never seen you in a real non-conference social situation. Do you have any videos like that, where the point of the video isn't improving charisma, just a video of you in a party or on blind dates or something?

  • @specialone6731

    You have the understand there’s levels to social game. Being on stage and able to be natural/interact with the audience is the absolute highest level of sociality. My point is it would be incredibly difficult for him to do all of this without being charismatic and all of the things we see in a small group or one on one.

  • @Wauly

    @Wauly

    @@specialone6731 I disagree. My charisma is way higher during an activity or performance. I was a class clown and did great in the improv club, but I'm not very sociable in neutral circumstances. I don't think I'm alone in this way

    @@Wauly I think I understand what your talking about. Yes it makes sense your energy levels would be lesser with a single person rather then a group or presentation. It’s normal to have varying energy levels which would effect charisma so I don’t think Julien could be like that all the time.

    Stories theory conversation i barely remember at all, I’l remember logical things way better because if there’s a story involved then I have to remember all the bullshit attached to it. Hate small talk/ shit talk to achieve a point
