She’s fat don’t get me wrong, but people should ditch the bmi chart. That chart was and is for what Soldiers bmi should be, they need to have some meat on them but they can’t be husky. Today citizens 5’8 and below both men and female look at this chart thinking “I’m so obese/ I’m so fucking fat” when in actuality most of the time they’re only 15-25lbs over their healthy estimate. For a moment ignore the numbers that are after the “healthy section” I’ll make an estimate: if you’re 30 or 40lbs over where the chart says you’re healthy at then of course your overweight, and this goes for short people and the Shaqs out there. Anyone whose more than 50lbs overweight Is Obese, if you’re her height and her weight you’re obese. Fat can still do activities without passing out from the strain, obese people at least in my case losing weight I had to diet to burn fat before I could exercise because I couldn’t make any progress how heavy I was, I just kept getting exhausted being that heavy trying to do that much with my body. I was 258lbs when I was 17 and I’m 23 now my weight fluctuates between 180-190. Now I can run jump and crawl like an athlete instead of being out of breath trying to tie my shoes or go up stairs

@@riptiderossyt1765 I hate seeing people like that too because I personally have issues with emptiness & loneliness, so I can empathize & it hurts. Both physically & emotionally. Nobody deserves to feel like that. Ever. When I find just genuine sweethearts who end up being abused & left in the dust, I get so fucking angry. My partner is one of thosr that I've met who's just such a fucking sweet, good person, but they're easy to take advantage of & that's what a lot of their friends & exes did. Exes used them for sexual gratification, friends used their generosity & they ended up lonely as all hell 'til I came along. Just reminds me of how messed up people can be. Like how can people have the heart to use the kindness of others in these ways? Even if it is a result of trauma, it's just horrid.
