The owner of this channel has a high sense of imagination and creativity. Instead of appreciating his efforts and zeal, some people have decided to let air out of his balloon while they themselves cannot even inflate one.

The 6th one, (protection for your eyes} is just as dangerous and using an electric angle grinder without safety glasses on. If that grinding or cutting disk exploded while using it, flying shrapnel from the broken disk could and would go right through that piece of plastic and protentional take one or both of your eyes in the process...I strongly recommend that NOBODY MAKE OR USE THIS as an eye shield. IT IS DANGEROUS...

Using angle grinders is inherently dangerous. I'm a 74 year old construction sparky and in all those years I've had sparks hit my cheek and bounce under the safety glasses and into my eye but I've never seen or heard of a disc shattering and taking out an eye. When did it happen to you or how many times have you heard of it or seen it happen?

But that may be so, I like to think that there are other benefits from doing something beneficial from what you have around you is ABLE TO BE USEDY. You may have to "buy" things. Glue, don't buy a litre if you only need under a 1/2 litre. Glue goes off. Sometimes melting plastic can replace "glue ". MELTING PLASTIC . Is not a job for a flame thrower. Think. How do you think our former relations fixed things. I have china my godfather mended. Beautiful. The most he would have spent, was time. This day and age we just go and buy another or something else. The social thing is two mates working together. I have wooden items my grand father fixed with hoof glue. So please don't pooh pooh. If enjoyment is achieved and something comes out of the mending then the joy of the fixer is achieved and the recipient. I am going to join a Men's club and do up a piece of furniture. Music cupboard. I can use tools that I need and don't have to fix an item. I'm a month ov 80.

I don't know how i feel about condensation in a dirty electrical device pointed at my face lmao. Wouldn't a simple bowl of ice in front of a fan be better? But i guess that way you couldn't justify using all this single use plastic by pretending you are making a thing that you totally aren't going to throw away in 3 min.

Some good ideas. One stands out as being pretty stupid. Don't use re-cyclable plastic for safety glasses/eye-shield. Do yourself a huge favour and buy commercial safety glasses. There is no coming back from eye damage or blindness. Safety glasses aren't expensive and they are made to withstand the most probable accidents to your eyes. Unfortunately, nothing will stop the extremely rare fluke accident. At least you did everything possible to protect your eyes. People who wear prescription glasses who appear to not use any eye protection, you will likely find their prescription glasses have toughen lenses and are also safety glasses. My husband was a Tradesman, as he always wore glasses, he got the toughened lenses to work as sqfety glasses all in one.

Please use REAL safety glasses when working with power tools. The plastic from a bottle is too thin and flimsy to stop a sharp object that's hurtling at your eyeball at the speed a saw or grinder could generate. I've had several eye injuries from sports and mishaps as a child, but one that really hurt was the small hot piece of metal from using an angle grinder on steel plate, which made its way under my safety glasses and into my right eye. If that can happen with good glasses, imagine what can happen with self crafted garbage ones.
