    Slimmin World deserves a bad name. Everything you said in this video describes what’s going on with me…I haven’t been to SW for well over a year but my binges are still out of control, just yesterday I ate 7 bags of skips in one go…it’s crazy! You look amazing, keep up the amazing good work! Xxx

    I know this is an older video but I totally relate to everything you have said. I have recently just left slimming world for very similar reasons. I’ve just found myself a PT and am completely changing my thought processes re food. Good luck hun on your journey xx

    Slimming world made me obsess over food so much. 😢Iam sorry your struggling. Your beautiful because God created you, I do hope you find peace. 10 stone is vert slim even 11 stone. Iam 14 stone 8 so I need to loose 3 stone 8 pounds, I'd like to be 11 stone. Well done for quitting slimming word, eating loads of cars not good for us, syns bad food, good food, bribgs eating disorders. I left yesterday, I have been twice weight watchers to. Others may be fine with it, we support you ❤but it's good to reveal other sides to something. I need help to not overeat, not eat to much sugar it can be hard, Jess xx

    This is a really good video. I’ve taken so much from this and now realise that I’ve developed disordered eating as a result of stop / starting with SW. Each time I’ve restarted I’ve been heavier. Totally promotes overeating whilst on the plan (cos ya can’t have the things you really want) and then when you’re off plan or leave, you still eat the same volume. Volume consumption is my problem now. Proper portion distortion. AND yes, they do say at the start you can eat as much free food as you like. You’re only alerted to portion control when you start to plateau. I mean, that’s the whole schtick, what draws people in. Thank you Gillian. I really appreciate your honesty.

    Wow I was exactly the same I got down to 9 stone 7 slimming world influenced my life so much I wasn't eating enough and couldn't stop losing weight and was becoming close to being underweight thank you for making this video I'm am now around 10 and a half / 11 stone and I'm happy with how I am I just eat healthier now with no restrictions and enjoy my food and my treats x

    Your looking good Gillian and seem really happy. I've been going to sw for years and it's really done nothing for me. I stopped going due to rising bills but my heart wasn't in it anymore. I look back and I now weight more than I've ever done. 😮‍💨

    Yesss!!! I was always hungry as a vegan on Slimming World. I get really bad PMS hunger and I end up overeating on free food and never feeling satisfied. Literally I could eat 5 bananas, a plate of pasta, whole tin of beans and still be hungry, but a small chocolate brownie or vegan protein bar would hit the spot but be around 20 syns! I don't think the plan is cut out for vegans -it's very unfair synning avocados or banana smoothies. I used to get weighed in the morning and I can remember deliberately restricting my water intake- absolutely crazy! Can't believe people saying it was normal to have Warburtons thin instead of pastry 😂😂 I hate bagel thins and crustless bread- give me Hovis seed sensations any day!

    Same here I left today… I feel like they say we are “free to eat any amount of pasta etc” but it has to be 1/3 at least of plate of speed otherwise you won’t loose (tried and tested) well if it’s 100 gr of pasta and need to remove some I am actually reducing the amount i.e. not so free after all!! Also the smoothies being sinned it’s a bit of nonsense… I’m gonna go back to calorie counting and see how it goes.. at least if I exercise there it counts 😂

    Sorry about the phychologic affects sw did to you. ❤I had a nice group the consultant said that's OK said that time of the month you will put on weight but yeah it got me soooo anxious 😢😢I could do calories but don't want to be obsessive calories you still have to weigh, I think for me it's good to portion control all I eat. Treat foods Arnt evil, but moderation. 😊I struggled with 15 syns but it's not that 😢it's awful to feel so anxious about food. Of course if your obsessed thinking of food. You will eat more, craving it will be more. If things are forbidden, we will want it. If there's choice I think we could be less driven.     I love this video, I have ceoliac disease and recently have found I am also dairy intolerant. Slimming world isn't easy with dietary issues, I think very similar to being Vegan. I have done week on Calorie counting and lost 1.5lb. I have eaten food that I enjoyed regardless of how many B choices I have had a day. If I went over my calories I found that I didn't feel bad and binge which I would have done with Slimming world

    Great video everything your saying is exactly how I’m feeling .I feel like it’s really making me miserable now and making me have a negative view in foods that I used to enjoy.I love avocado and smoothies …it’s so bad how they truck you into belt that foods like this are bad but promote Diet Coke …sweeteners etc I feel like I have seen the light !!!

    Sending you hugs, I’m a vegan, living in Oz, I’m finding it hard to find the vegan fake meets or the proteins to keep within the syns. I just can’t get my head about it. I gave myself a migraine. I will be following you. I stress eat, so I understand, things can be so difficult. Best of luck. x

    What is the spray oil you are using instead of fry light? I have no vision so won't be able to see it if you put it up to the camera

    Hi, I use the brand Napolina extra virgin olive oil. I think I got it from Asda but most supermarkets do their own version.

    My consultant told me it would be really difficult to lose weight as a vegan, but I am getting there. I don't have an eating disorder, but food is my comfort. I'm not sure how long I will keep going, and I understand exactly why you have chosen not to. I wish you all the best 🤗

    I can’t think of a single reason that it would be any harder to lose weight as a vegan than as anyone else. It all comes down to energy in vs energy out after all. Wish you the best on your journey, and that you find some alternatives to food to comfort yourself. :)

    When I see weight losses a lady I know lost 6 stone, so it's like how can I loose. But it's a personal journey. Il try calorie counting maybe. I get a bit obsessed though. X so I got to be careful great video 😊❤❤

    You are so right about SW. They have an absolute racket going on. Everyone i know on SW is a total sugar-addict. They cannot get through a day without drenching everything in Skinny Syrup (to give them some energy). Just subscribed to your channel now that you have quit SW.
