Hi Nice to see you back. I so agree with u SW are food pushers 100%. The food noise was unreal esp the mags & books. Im giving away the books i dont use as i only really use about 5. The recipes on utube are so much better plus i hate the low fat plan. Ive jumped ship to low carbs & its great😋🙌🏾👍🏾 I love fasting & eat twice a day most days focusing on whole foods proteins fibre & fats. I still think about food but counting proteins is so easy. I will always have SW in my head as veg fruit & lean meat i eat as much as i like. I have found that i buy a lot less fruit which has saved me some cash but now i want to buy more organic foods so 🤞🏾 it wont be that much more expensive. You are looking really well & wishing u well for ur wedding 👰💍🤵💒🥳🎊🎉🥂 Best of luck

Hi Chloe I came across your toilet anxiety and fissure video as I suffer from a chronic fissure I was wondering where you are up to in your fissure journey as I am struggling so bad even though I’ve had 2 Botox treatments.I am starting pelvic floor physio soon then if that doesn’t work I have to have the sphincterotomy surgery x

At last you're back Chloe. I love the clothes thingy but prefer you doing your KZread blogs. Watched every one and have really missed them and learnt so much with the slimming world from you. Please come back 🤔🤔👍 By the way the clothes my god they all look great on you, wish I was taller. 🤪🤪 Enjoy your hen do and have lots of fun. Love the shoes you have bought and the blue ones wow beautiful. As for toilet anxiety, great hearing you talk about it. I have had it for years now and the lack of toilets is awful but at least a lot of supermarkets have them so thats really helpful. Love listening keep it up. Good luck on your hen 👍
