    When I see weight losses a lady I know lost 6 stone, so it's like how can I loose. But it's a personal journey. Il try calorie counting maybe. I get a bit obsessed though. X so I got to be careful great video 😊❤❤

    Sorry about the phychologic affects sw did to you. ❤I had a nice group the consultant said that's OK said that time of the month you will put on weight but yeah it got me soooo anxious 😢😢I could do calories but don't want to be obsessive calories you still have to weigh, I think for me it's good to portion control all I eat. Treat foods Arnt evil, but moderation. 😊I struggled with 15 syns but it's not that 😢it's awful to feel so anxious about food. Of course if your obsessed thinking of food. You will eat more, craving it will be more. If things are forbidden, we will want it. If there's choice I think we could be less driven.     Slimming world made me obsess over food so much. 😢Iam sorry your struggling. Your beautiful because God created you, I do hope you find peace. 10 stone is vert slim even 11 stone. Iam 14 stone 8 so I need to loose 3 stone 8 pounds, I'd like to be 11 stone. Well done for quitting slimming word, eating loads of cars not good for us, syns bad food, good food, bribgs eating disorders. I left yesterday, I have been twice weight watchers to. Others may be fine with it, we support you ❤but it's good to reveal other sides to something. I need help to not overeat, not eat to much sugar it can be hard, Jess xx

    I love Aldi, especially in Vegannuary, but I always put weight on 🌱😋😂

    Same here I left today… I feel like they say we are “free to eat any amount of pasta etc” but it has to be 1/3 at least of plate of speed otherwise you won’t loose (tried and tested) well if it’s 100 gr of pasta and need to remove some I am actually reducing the amount i.e. not so free after all!! Also the smoothies being sinned it’s a bit of nonsense… I’m gonna go back to calorie counting and see how it goes.. at least if I exercise there it counts 😂

I can relate so much to your video, your feelings of guilt and wanting to try to just have a normal life but healthy weight too.     You don't look scared ... I think it's a great diet for people who over eat like me, it just can over eat pasta and salad instead of chocolate

    I'm not scared anymore because I've had to work really hard to undo all the damage slimming world did and recover from binge eating.

    A lot of these things took up the majority, if not more of the syn allowance and made me have a really restricted relationship with food unfortunately.

    Fab haul! Would be great to hear what you think of the ninja creamier and what your go to recipes are for it. Re: soy milk and protein content, have you tried the shelf life high protein soy milk? It's got 5g protein per 100ml as opposed to 3.3 for the no sugars - I find if I'm using quite a bit for smoothies etc, the extra grams add up and make a big difference.

    I tried the vegan fish fingers once and that was fishy enough 😅 definitely couldn't eat the vegan salmon or tuna!

    I think the beeswax cupcakes were from Co-op, not M&S - but the good news is it just seems to have been slapped with the wrong ingredients label anyway, as chocolate didn’t even feature in the ingredients. 😅 Great haul! Re the strawberries, I’ve started buying frozen x

    That's good it was just a label error - still annoying though! And they wonder why vegans have trust issues with ingredients 😂 Frozen strawberries is a good idea, I already buy frozen raspberries so I think I'll switch with the strawberries too x

    7 years vegan, that's incredible! The whopper Doritos were definitely fun to try but I wouldn't buy them again either. The Aldi pop tarts are a good find but oh my goodness they are VERY sickly sweet! I didn't know the Aldi dupe of the drumstick squashes were vegan, I will definitely pick up a back of those for Christmas! I love shopping for luxury items in Waitrose for my Christmas stash! Greggs are actually fab with their vegan products and those ring donuts hit the spot just nicely! I think ALL the flavours of Jammie Dodgers are vegan, but again it's one of those things you need to check before buying! Not a fan of Oreos to be honest, I think I had way too many of them when I first became vegan!!! I love cinnamon flavoured things so I NEED to try those Maryland cookies! Strawberry Pencils are the ONE, my daughter absolutely loves them! VEGAN Collin the caterpillar cakes?!?! *runs to the supermarket* Thank you for the video!

    I know this is an older video but I totally relate to everything you have said. I have recently just left slimming world for very similar reasons. I’ve just found myself a PT and am completely changing my thought processes re food. Good luck hun on your journey xx

    This is a really good video. I’ve taken so much from this and now realise that I’ve developed disordered eating as a result of stop / starting with SW. Each time I’ve restarted I’ve been heavier. Totally promotes overeating whilst on the plan (cos ya can’t have the things you really want) and then when you’re off plan or leave, you still eat the same volume. Volume consumption is my problem now. Proper portion distortion. AND yes, they do say at the start you can eat as much free food as you like. You’re only alerted to portion control when you start to plateau. I mean, that’s the whole schtick, what draws people in. Thank you Gillian. I really appreciate your honesty.

    I love this video, I have ceoliac disease and recently have found I am also dairy intolerant. Slimming world isn't easy with dietary issues, I think very similar to being Vegan. I have done week on Calorie counting and lost 1.5lb. I have eaten food that I enjoyed regardless of how many B choices I have had a day. If I went over my calories I found that I didn't feel bad and binge which I would have done with Slimming world

    My consultant told me it would be really difficult to lose weight as a vegan, but I am getting there. I don't have an eating disorder, but food is my comfort. I'm not sure how long I will keep going, and I understand exactly why you have chosen not to. I wish you all the best 🤗

    I can’t think of a single reason that it would be any harder to lose weight as a vegan than as anyone else. It all comes down to energy in vs energy out after all. Wish you the best on your journey, and that you find some alternatives to food to comfort yourself. :)

    Great video everything your saying is exactly how I’m feeling .I feel like it’s really making me miserable now and making me have a negative view in foods that I used to enjoy.I love avocado and smoothies …it’s so bad how they truck you into belt that foods like this are bad but promote Diet Coke …sweeteners etc I feel like I have seen the light !!!

    Hi! I have been doing slimming world for a while and now doing veganuary. I have noticed vegan slimming world is too much processed. So I personally trying to eat in the way of Dr McDougall starch solution diet. It's whole food, low fat, oil free way of eating, and most meals are literally syn free on slimming world. Many beans, lentils, pulses, grains etc.... I will be cooking big pot tonight potatoes with speed veggies like swede, carrots, cabbage, adding some broad beans and freeze for few days with raw side salads. There is also FB group named starch solution. It's advocate to eat some starch like rice potatoes, with many side veggies... Just as Slimming world 😄🙈 untill December I was eating more low carb Slimming world and now I feel so much better on starch solution.

    You are so right about SW. They have an absolute racket going on. Everyone i know on SW is a total sugar-addict. They cannot get through a day without drenching everything in Skinny Syrup (to give them some energy). Just subscribed to your channel now that you have quit SW.

    Sending you hugs, I’m a vegan, living in Oz, I’m finding it hard to find the vegan fake meets or the proteins to keep within the syns. I just can’t get my head about it. I gave myself a migraine. I will be following you. I stress eat, so I understand, things can be so difficult. Best of luck. x
