How I Turned Around A Bad Week - Weight Loss Struggle
In this video I'm very honest and real about how I've been feeling during my weight loss journey. I was having a really down day and just thought I would share my thoughts and feelings to see where it would take me. I managed to turn my week around and lost 2 pounds but mentally I didn't feel like I'd done well. I'm always so hard on myself and it was interesting watching this back knowing I hadn't ruined my weight loss journey but I remembered how sure of it I was in that moment.
I guess I just wanted to share this to hopefully help someone who might be feeling the same way I was and to show that weight loss isn't an easy, happy journey all of the time.

Fab!!! Well done!!! I am plant based and have been on SlimmingWorld for a year and a half. Have watched a few of your videos and always found them useful but this has to be one of your best! We’ve all been there! You are completely right! Not only is it one meal at a time but sometimes it’s one moment at a time. You did the right thing by treating yourself to a low syn feast that evening! That decision alone was probably the reason why you turned your whole week around! Very inspiring! Thank you! Hi Gillian, I just want to say thank you for your videos and they inspired me to start my own SW journey 3 weeks ago. I'm also vegan and your food hauls and recipes have really helped and I'm now 8.5lbs lighter. So sorry you had a rough week, be kinder to yourself, you're only human xz

Keep it up 🔥💯Life style changes is key to weight loss with both mental and physical health improvements. Now having lost 50kg/ 100lbs in 5 months I am starting to feel a lot more like myself. Still on my journey and happy about it. Water fasting played a big part in my weight loss

You are very hard on yourself! Sometimes we need new motivation. I swapped from slimmingworld to calorie counting, which was cheaper and helped me. Stick to it virtual hugs x

I know! I didn’t actually realise just how hard on myself I am until I rewatched the footage. I’ve been calorie counting some of the time and it definitely is more flexible x
