That point about DMZ being “cobbled together.” I wonder if that leaked Las Almas map was actually supposed to be a DMZ specific map (not used for anything else); they were limited on options and had to use the Al Mazrah map.

the fact they are saying you can full speed sprint forward backwards and side to side scares me if they move as fast as mw3 this will be horrible...

I’m ‘cautiously-optimistic-and-yet-not-quite-holding-my-breath’. That said, the primary issues for me are cheaters and SBMM and there’s nothing currently that suggests these will be resolved, no matter how good the game is.

I would have more faith in Zombies if they retcon MWZ and say because Richtofen is alive in Cold War, that there is a duality still because Eddy and Sam are still alive. To me, that would mean they are really trying to clean up what they can.

I kinda feel the same. I feel the last 3 have been the same game and the only big thing they are shouting about is this movement system that the sweats will have mastered within an hour and any casual player won't pick it up as quick and just spend the first few months getting absolutely destroyed

Everyone I played this one with has basically stopped now and bought this season battle pass out of habit and aren't gonna complete it, not buying the next and no one convinced by the black ops 6. It needs like you say to push it more or at least a better rival that will experiment

it will be the samething...the youtubers will go YEAH ITS NEW AND GOING TO BE AWESOME...then 2 or so months man this sucks that sucks and this sucks....

I don't mind them reusing the maps and locations throughout the different modes. In fact I like recognizing the places I have been to from a different perspective. But than I love when they have some new stuff like "get high". unfortunately the people I play with didnt even care about this map and mode. Even after me talking about it they didnt even try... seeing their reaction and the money needed to build new stuff I understand that COD is only "changing" in little baby steps...

My main negative, although not 100% confirmed. There's no new map this year and we're stuck on Urzikstan for a while longer, kinda dampened the hype a little bit.

Yeah, but remember we haven't actually heard anything about Warzone other than the operators/guns carrying over. Maybe there's things we don't know about yet, the leaks can always be wrong

When COD Black Ops Cold War launched it was a very boring and empty game with the Zombies mode being the only saving grace but over time it did get better. It was fun to see was was added to Zombies each season and I did enjoy the freedom of Outbreak, I do wish that Outbreak was coming back and MWZ died much like DMZ. It is very concerning to see that Gobblegums are coming back and one look at the gambling simulator AKA COD Warzone its hard to be too optimistic if the difficulty of Zombies will be tuned for such pay to win elements, at least I hope not.

Yeah I didn't want to talk about Gobblegums because we know so little about how they will be used, but I hope they're more for 'fun' effects like Anywhere but here, and less of the 'make every wall buy papped' kind I'm not optimistic about it though after what they did with DMZ and MWZ

Let's hope that a few devs actually get feedback here and it's nice that you brought it up. DMZ was and is by far the best mode that CoD has ever produced. MWIII was the biggest disappointment in a long time, movement model, balance, etc and definitely the worst investment of 99 in a long time. For Black Ops 6 they even want another 10 more and no, for an even worse movement model, nobody can and will move like that and certainly never with a max loadout of 3 weapons. Why can I move faster at all when I have an SMG in my hand but still carry 3 weapons? A very clear NO from me. Bring back DMZ

Actually, nothing of this is new, and this's really apparent in the golden age cod titles. Many of them reused a lot of assets but still managed to deliver spectacular experiences I personally expect Bo6 to be just another cod game with some twists + zombie maps .

I already pre-ordered the game. I feel like people are just too cautious, which is understandable. but after seeing their full direct BTS I’d say that they’re going to cook BO6 especially zombies, They’re hearing the feedback they’re putting round base back They’re having gumballs return. If people are still worried after this, they they’re just paranoid at this point lol 😂

bro as it seems you are not call of duty player from first titles. And that because you said that COD never had really good campaing. That for me is 100% wrong, so i reilize that you play COD maybe from bo3 and after that indeed the caimpaing quality has droped even more at the last one. Also i dont understund you people that say you loved BO4 and all these jetpacks and featuristic stuf. I dont understand you because Call of Duty use to be fast pace realistic FPS game and not some sience fiction game. I think if you like something closer to Sci-FI there are a lot of better options than COD sci-fi titles. I dont know what to expect brom BO6 , ofc i hope for the best as all of us. But i cant hear critics to COD from someone that says that COD had no good campings and his favorite title is BO4. For god shake.

Yea this is the "skip it" CoD. Seems to be every other one or two titles now. Hopefully BF6 will make up for it.
