"Black ops 2 is a very hard game to follow. I mean this is one of the greatest call of duty's to ever release". Yup, right there is enough of this video. 😂 Bo2 was and always will be shit. "One of the greatest", said only by no one older than 19-20, at MOST. Treyarch was never very good, even back then, and they've certainly not gotten better by any means. I can give them WaW and BO1, but you're an actual dunce if you believe bo2 was/is good, let alone "greatest of all time". What, story mode? Trash. Forgettable at best. Hell, bo3 wasn't perfect by any means, but at least that story was more involved, interesting, and enjoyable than 2. MP? Oh, you mean a big portion of where corner camping started hard from? Where every 5y.o on their dads account sat with an LSAT with the target finder sight/that red thermal type of sight (forget the exact name). Yeah, considering only about 3 guns were used on average by anyone, with the exception of those like myself who ran around with any/everything, because I didn't need the "meta" to sit at the top of each match. Oh, and Zombies. Yeah, the only thing bo2 had that was any form of notable remembrance was Tranzit and Dise Rise. That doesn't mean they were good, but those are the most remembered maps. Tranzit was just utter dogshit, no matter what happened in/with that game. Map sucked, the face riders were one of the many nuisances that 3arc likes/liked to add to their overall shit zombies. Die Rise had the damn nova crawlers again which, no one liked in the first place, but 3arc dev's aren't exactly intelligent, so no surprise there. Simply put, old cods, like the original ones, great! •Cod 4- great •WaW- great •MW2, best of all •BO1- MP/Z's good, Story meh •MW3- Story/MP good, survival meh •Bo2- pure hot trash/dogshit •Ghosts- Story/MP good, Extinction bad •AW- Story/Z's good, MP mixed good/bad •Bo3- Story ok, fun to have Z version & it was co-op, MP overall meh/bad with minor good, Z's had good moments, overall disappointment •IW- Story Love E3N(Ethan), MP hot garbage mess, Z's just a better graphical version of 3arc Z's •WW2- Story looked good, fun to see, nothing special, MP pure trash, Z's, didn't care for the storyline but felt the best of all Z's to date. •Bo4- whole thing was/is shit. •MW(2019)- 2nd only to OG MW2, Story great, MP great, Spec Ops was ok, Survival fun with friends •BoCW- Story hot trash, MP hot trash, Z's great. 3arc finally did some good. Although Outbreak had up's & downs. •Vanguard- Burn it all down with fire. Nothing worth saving. •Mw2 re-"make"- Story was ok, enjoyable characters, MP garbage, nothing else worth noting. DMZ was fun when not fighting super sweats of the inevitable PC cheater •Mw3 re-"make"- Repeat of prior game, except story was pure shit. So even less worth. Oh, and "Zombies" but basically worse version of outbreak. Again, garbage. And, inevitably when bo6 comes out, since it hasn't yet, the likelihood it will also suck like typical cod titles of late, or just Bo titles in general, is very high. Bringing back what should be dead characters, set in some random time that this could've just been DLC, and what looks like a from-release, rehashed and reused Alcatraz for Z's, except with minor changes and some big, no doubt useless, cannon. Feel free to hate how that list looks, but it's simply just the truth. Unlike the majority of most cod players, I'm not 19 or under. I've played them all, except vanguard. That was just too bad for me to even waste time getting the achievements for it. But everything else, I put enough hours into it to test it, to give it a shot, and to either enjoy or dislike it. However, some things just aren't backed by opinion, they're backed by the fact the game itself plays like trash. It's the same effect that's happened with the Battlefield series of late. Once, it was good/great. Now, now it's a sad withering joke not even worth laughing at. And no, my take isn't based on purely nostalgia. The games themselves have literally downgraded in more ways than most of you (or the people who cant/wont see this) will likely ever know. Since many of yall are young/too young to have played back then, nor will you likely ever go back to. And even if so, it's not exactly a good example when nowadays, most of the older games are pack full of modders anyways, so the games are lost to time essentially. The gaming version of "nature" if you will. Cod these days is a cesspool of 3y.o screaming in the mic's, not even saying funny stuff, or even screaming racial remarks etc. That cause everyone to react either in laughter or shock. It's just kids who clearly live in places where it's clear that people don't replace the batteries in their smoke detectors, or that the parents are the "throw a tablet in the kids face and call it parenting" types. And for the occasional adults that do continue to play, it often I'd because family/friends play, usually younger ones, and or the people they know are on a separate platform, so game choice is still a bit limited these days. Overall, with the exception of 2019 and CW Z's, cod hasn't been good for awhile. Hate me all you like, but the truth isn't meant to be kind to your feelings.

If you think that defines a good game, boy you have much to learn. GTA V, one of the top 3 highest grossing games, yes, it has great parts. Yet look at it. Its 10 years old, and yet its playerbase has a large hate relationship with it due to a number of common issues and reasons. But go on bud, tell us, or more specifically me, since that's where this is directed, that I'm wrong. It's ok, I only have a couple decades of this stuff behind me, vs that of literal children with little to no actual knowledge. Not saying that to be some smart-ass, but rather, you can voice your opinion, that's 1000% fair and free for you to do. But to play it as fact is just false. MP sure was overrated doesn't mean it was the "worse" you don't have to be young to enjoy the game because the game released when those 19 year olds were barely thinking of cod. I remember feeling like some was ages away when they brought the dlc and I now realize it wasn’t a long time haha. Top tier map designs as well.

Honey Badger was the best starting weapon in any COD. Having a silenced weapon from the jump was a godsend.

I found Ghosts to be incredibly underrated. I have no idea why people don't like it

Got ts for my 10th birthday back in 2014. The nostalgia i get from the music and just the overall atmosphere of the game is indescribable. The campaign for this game is also top 3 in the series imo.

I still hold to this day that the Ghosts multiplayer would be considered great if it had better maps and killstreaks. I've always felt like the connection with the lobbys rarely lagged or had a bad connection, the guns were good, the hitreg was great and the TTK was exactly where it should've been. It also always felt unique to me. You could lean, interact with the environment on some maps, and it had a unique perk system based off of points and not a strict 3 slot system. If the perks weren't underwhelming and the maps were better designed (and some of them not be so massive), I think it would be remembered more fondly. I also liked the built in clan system the game had, that let you track your clan's rank and earn rewards for ranking up on the clan-based leaderboard. I think the game did a lot of good new stuff that they abandoned because the game just wasn't well received. The campaign was bad and Extinction was underwhelming, but MP had good potential. I heard the DLCs had some good maps, but I never found out because I didn't want to buy the Season Pass after how bad the base game maps were.

Ghost had a decent campaign, good multiplayer, incredible miltiplayer modes like Infested which had actual balancing, a cool take on an alternate game mode with the Alien Infestation... we never knew how good we had it until it was over

The fast TTK means you can pop off rlly good or die rlly quick. Having both high kill streaks and high death streaks are common (even in the same game).

Best of luck. I still play on PS3 sometimes. Thankfully most people seem to have a gentleman’s agreement to not camp. But they should also have one against using the M27-IAR but I’ll take the anti camper one. Most people just leave the game if someone starts camping. Glad to see they’re still playing. Ghosts was a fun mix up, but I would’ve liked MW3’s spec ops with survival alongside the one with those aliens. Would’ve helped give some variety.

The UI in ghosts was always so nice and snappy.

This was absolutely one of the best Call of Duty’s ever made. People who hated it weren’t good at it. That’s why they hated it. This game started so many things that we consider a must in video games now. This game literally started peaking behind walls, sliding, customizing of your personal character, mounting, and much more. The game mechanics were awesome. Also I love the campaign story, how Latin America could become a super power and fight us, entirely possible and this game created a new enemy instead of using real enemies in real life and recycling them from new game to new game. Honestly Top 5 Call Of Duty for me.

Ghosts is better than pretty much everything that came after it, but the haters have some valid points. Black Ops 2 was the last CoD in the golden age. Ghosts was good but also a clear sign that the golden age ended. Maps were pretty bad and killstreaks were terrible. Guns were pretty fun and the hit detection was the best since MW2 2009, but it wasn’t enough to hook me on the game the way MW2-BO2 did, or CoD 4 and WaW for that matter. And no, I wasn’t bad at Ghosts. In fact, Ghosts was my best CoD game, stat-wise. I finally broke into the 2 KD club and felt confident in pretty much every match. But it lacked the X factor that the golden age CoDs had. However, I ultimately still remember Ghosts somewhat fondly as it was the last CoD I played for any significant amount of time.

I think it’s one of the best, great guns, and the bots can play in ANY game mode, so that’s a massive improvement from the other games where you can just play tdm with them

Cod Ghosts gets way too much hate! This game had the best perk system, powerful guns and good hit detection! Some of the maps were pretty bad but this game is a masterpiece compared to AW and IW. Along with all the cods 2019 and after! MW3 is playable at least.

CoD: Ghosts was very hated on and underrated. It was actually a great game, it felt good to play and I loved all the weapons and unlockables and cosmetics. Just people didn't like the "change". I will forever remember ghost being one of my favorite COD games next to BO2, and MW3 back in the day.

High TTK and slow movement kind of upsets me for some reason.

This is my favorite cod and always will be, me playing it as a 12 year old kid with my buddies all night probably has something to do with that but I think it was a great game. It had its weak parts like every game but I’ll never understand why everyone hated it so much. I have found others who love this game as well and it seems we agree on all the cods. MW 19 was the best overall cod and BOCW was a dumpster fire. Most people who enjoy ghosts will agree with me on that. Either way, regardless of what most people say, ghosts will always be a great game in my book. Goat campaign as well. And was kinda the starting point for good customization. Appreciate the video. I could watch other playing cod ghosts for hours on end.

I feel like this game was like a prototype of MW2019. They had decent ideas, but they just weren’t implemented well. Sliding was introduced, but it was really rough and not very useful, leaning just promoted camping, and the TTK was just way too fast. Also, easily had the worst set of maps at launch. It didn’t help that there were just dumb ideas that were thrown in like getting rid of the UAV, no anti air launchers, literal wall hacks as a support streak, IEDs, and footsteps being way too loud. I got to master prestige in this game because I had friends to play it with, but it just was not a good game. DLC was pretty fire though, but that’s it lol.

I always like ghosts even at launch. It was obviously not as good as black ops 2 but when I heard everyone complaining I knew that there’d never be another black ops 2 and that ghosts was still pretty good. It was certainly much of a slower game which frustrated me but I loved it for more competitive play, especially game modes like S&D

I personally liked this game. There were definitely some things Infinity Ward could’ve changed but I don’t think this game was as bad as everyone made it out to be. W video though🔥

I think people should look at each CoD as its own seperate experiance. Trying to compare each game in series to your favorite is going to be hard on you as a fan. Of course, no CoD coming out in the future will be better than your favorite. Some are better than others of course, but no one keeps an open mind anymore with games, and that usually results in negativity. I quite enjoyed Ghosts, even if the multiplayer was a little slow.

1 week after release I paid some guy £20 from Afghanistan that I found at the top of the leaderboard for all perks and the mini gun as my secondary on all soldiers. I was going nuts for 3 months until it got hot fixed then I never played the game again.
