​@@danielsandt9518 Spain formed in 1707, so no. That was Castile, and it was -not even annexation; -not even vassalage. It was personal union. France annexed the Netherlands, so ""ruled" over" is misplaced. It was fully part of France, while for example it wasn't part of Germany during WWII.

I love the alliance increasing chances dramatically. I still think countries gained through war should give an edge as well. Maybe a 5 or 10 percent ratio gain per country.
