📋 INGREDIENTS:
42 g fresh yeast (1.48 oz) or 14 g (or 0.49 oz) dry yeast
200 ml lukewarm milk (0.85 cups)
200 ml lukewarm water (0.85 cups)
120 g sugar (0.6 cups)
2 egg whites
90 ml vegetable oil (0.38 cups)
750 g all-purpose flour (6 cups)
A price of salt
To smear:
vegetable oil
2 egg yolks
2-3 tsp milk
Bake: 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes on top/bottom heat

Thought these were 'des pâtes à choux' to be filled with pastry cream. Some people prefer Nutella.

Sieht sehr lecker aus 😋aber ich würde niemals Pflanzenöl dafür benutzen! Für diese Art Gebäck kommt nur Butter in Frage, allein schon wegen des unnachahmlichen Aromas!

Die sehen ja mehr als lecker aus 😍 und sind doch einfach zu machen, die Schnecken wären auch zum Nachmittags - Kaffee mit Butter und Marmelade sehr gut und ich mache Hefeteig sehr gerne, werde sie nächste Woche mal nach backen, Danke für das tolle Rezept 🥰💞

Ich überlege, sind das so genannte Splitterbrötchen? Also vom Teig her - abgesehen vom Öl statt Butter - meine ich. 😊
