Dough:
20 grams of fresh yeast
200 ml lukewarm milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
50ml oil
pinch of salt
450 g flour (type 405)
Filling:
100 grams of butter
4 tbsp sugar
110 grams of flour
100 grams of raisins
For smearing:
1 egg
Bake: 180°C / 356°F 25 mins.

Greetings to all from Western Kentucky! I have a seven year old granddaughter! We call ourselves “The Cookers”. Together we have made three of your wonderful creations. We closely observe your methods of work and learn from them. From your recipes my youngster not only learns to be a better “Cooker” she is learning about fractions. But more importantly she is learning about the decimal system and how to go back and forth between the two. We put our thumb print in each loaf of bread. оо, то ви всебічно використовуєте кухню. У мене теж є внучатко три роки, але упевнена їй на кухні не менш цікаво, як і вашій малечі. Ми разом оладки печемо, їй цікаво, а що там, у мисці, а що то таке я всипала?? Відтепер разом готуватимем ще й смачні булочки. Вам і вашій дівчинці успіхів за кухонним столиком і не тільки)))

🍀 Ich habe auch einen 10-jährigen Neffen, er ist seit seinem 5. Lebensjahr süchtig nach Gebäck. Wir backen gemeinsam Kuchen und Gebäck. Ich habe ihm ein kleines Nudelholz gekauft, das er benutzen kann. Er nimmt es mit, wenn er nach Hause geht. Er bringt es mit, wenn er zu uns kommt. 🤗
