Bun recipe:
200 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar.
6 grams of dry yeast.
750-800 g wheat or bread flour.
2 teaspoons salt.
200 ml warm water.
sunflower oil.
Bake for 15 minutes at 210°C (410°F) and then another 20-25 minutes at 190°C (370°F).
The buns are ready!

If you didn't pinch all your seams tight the gases wouldn't cause blowouts in all your buns. You may not even need to score them. You should try it sometimes to see how it works out. I do like this recipe.
