No, he didn't; the Gex he throws in after the scene of the $3,000 dollar version is actually an opened N64 version inside a glass case. The sealed psx copy doesn't appear to be in the cardboard box in any scenes that shows the cardboard box.

I love how Sam runs over in excitement from seeing Gex. He even plays his character off script. I would like to imagine that he legitimately loves Gex. I wouldn't blame him anyway, I played though all 3 Gex games for myself, and I actually thoroughly enjoyed it. It is one of the weirdest game franchises that I've ever played through and I love it

Not to mention Rex says he hates GEX a lot, so the dynamic between Jeb and Rex would be interesting to see when Scott tackles the GEX games.

@@PuertoRicanGlow2010 yea I have one group of friends but I feel like there’s a divide, we all still talk but one half is people who I hang out with a lot and do things together with. Then the other are people who im still friends with but we just don’t talk as much. It’s ok to do things that aren’t with everyone but when it keeps on happening it feels like I’m excluded

I would kill to see a video where Scott talks about Gex, calls up Jeb Jab, gets a voicemail saying he's on vacation in Hawaii, then at the end of the video, he shows up at Scott's door completely drenched, and ending the video saying "I swam here".
