I Combined Egg With Milk Powder & Make This Creamy & Delicious Pudding Dessert | Powder Milk Pudding
Ingredients & Process:
Caramel Making :
¼ Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
Cook Until Caramelized
Pour In a Mould
½ Cup Milk Powder
2 Cup Water
Let It Boil
Boil For 5 Min.
Cool Down
1 Egg
1/3 Cup Sugar
Mix Well
½ Tspn Vanilla Essence
Boiled Milk
Strain The Mixture
Boil Some Water
Steam For 30 Min.
Cool Down & Keep In Fridge For 2 Hours

You can also try not to include the egg white and put two yolks instead. It'll become smoother and creamier to taste. Also, a little bit of lime or lemon zest..🤤🤤🤤

legit mas masarap kapag no egg white pag meron butas butas parang sponge tapos pangit kainin gawa ng texture nya compare sa purong egg yolk smoth na smoth.👍
