A delicious and tender cake that melts in the mouth, my grandmother loves to make this dish. The whole family will love this cake recipe. Delicious cake. Now I will make this cake very often. Try it too. Cook with love! Everyone will like a delicious cake with orange zest and tender custard!

💛a pinch of salt.
💙100 grams of sugar.
💚Hit well.
💛Add egg yolk.
🧡Peel of 1 orange.
💜100gr flour.
💚Vanillin.
💙Cake pan 20 cm.
💛 Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes.
💙Orange juice.
💚2 eggs, 150 g sugar.
💜3 tablespoons of starch.
🧡300 g milk, orange juice.
💚cook until thickened.
💙2 tablespoons of butter.
💛cool down.
🧡cut in half.
💜200 g cold cream, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar.
💚Put cake together.
💙 Put in the fridge for 3 hours.
💛Icing sugar to taste.

Thought exactly the same thing... the video itself was longer than 5 minutes... and it cut out a lot of the time... so, don't get the '5 minutes' title (except maybe to get us to watch... hmmm?)

was thinking the same. how is it 5 minutes to make but the video is 8 minutes? this takes hours. the custard needs to cool and so does the cake. i also recommend spraying a syrup or flavored liqueur on the cake layers for added flavor.

To be fair if you have all your ingredients ready you can make that cake batter in five min. It's just, yanno, baking and the rest that takes the time. 😋 Yummy. I luv to bake and this looks like an easy winner. Thanks!!

Instead of cutting with a knife. Cut the Cake with Thin String R. Cotton. Makes it much easer. Hope that helps some people. ❤

First time ive seen someone make a custard for a layered cake. That cake looks great. You definately have some baking talent. I dont have one of those pans though .
