I was craving cake tonight with nothing in the house. So I looked up Fast Cake Recipe and found this. It is fast! And easy with ingredients you most likely have on hand. It’s came out great - very tender and moist. I made a quick lemon glaze to top it: 1 cup confectioners sugar, 2 heaping tsp lemon zest, 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice. My husband had 3 pieces! This is a keeper!

First of all, i would say thank you for dropping the recipe for this cake. Secondly i doubted my ability to make this cake because it look so soft and squishy/fluffy but as i followed the way you did it, it seems easy and the result is great, loved it even my family loved it, thank you. Today is also my birthday and i made this cake for my birthday and i'm glad the cake came out well honestly. I even posted a video of me making it on Tiktok, thanks once again.

I went a head and thought I could bake a cake and honey I did! following your recipe . I did not have white sugar I had brown and it still came out lovely. I am embarrassed to say my 4 year old and I polished off the entire thing in a day. So I might bake another today. I also used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. Too good to be truth! I guess I was looking for a miracle...cake done in 2 minutes! But the cake takes 30 minutes to cook like any other cake. The video title must refer to mixing the ingredients not completing the cake in 2 minutes. LOL.
