📋 INGREDIENTS:
1200 g rump steak (2.65 pounds)
Salt
black pepper
1 tbsp lard
100 g bacon (3.5 ounces)
2 onions
70 g mild mustard (2.5 ounces)

4 pieces of bay leaf
1 tsp allspice
1 teaspoon black pepper, whole
1 tbsp lard
1 tbsp flour
Dumplings:
20 g fresh yeast (0.7 ounces)
250 ml lukewarm milk (1 cup)
500 g all-purpose flour (4 cups)
1 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 egg
Bake at 200°C (approx. 392°F) for 1 hour and 30 minutes in a convection oven

    Das Mehl kann man weg lassen. Ich püriere die Soße mit dem Wurzelgemüse. Es wird sämig. .
