when mark was talking about that “wall bullet” gun, and asked what’s the point, the one thing i could think about was an ambush. the enemy usually goes for the militaries ammo supply first, so that leaves them with what they have on them, or in the barracks. in that case, a 20 bullet wall gun could come in handy

It's actually more likely the wall bullet was intended to fire at things like mortar shells, or to perform similar such counter artillery operations.

Most of my knowledge just comes from a general interest in military hardware (possibly originating from playing games like Command and Conquer and reading Tom Clancy novels) driving me to periodically "wiki-walk" myself into different weapon systems.
