Wow. Someone should tell these goons that you need a nozzle on the end of the master stream opening for it to be effective.

with as common as wind driven fires seem to be in this area --the combo nozzles should be stored on the shelf

He's got a 2 way portable radio. He's probably an old volunteer or perhaps a retired paid member. But they gave him directions and aren't trying to move him out of the area. Everyone on the fire department seems to know who he is. Maybe he's a past fire chief. But clearly he has something to do with the Hull fire department.

Bad placement of that platform they should of placed in the back with a pumper
