How Wrong Food Is Destroying Your Gut Health? ft Chef Venkatesh Bhat

Ойын-сауық

Dr Pal interviews our reputed Guest Chef Venkatesh bhat to discuss about the influence of food on gut health. They cover the topics such as good and bad gut bacteria, foods to increase gut bacteria, stool analysis and gut bacteria correlation, fermented foods, issues caused due to obesity, child obesity, importance of fiber, influence of gut bacteria on our mood, reversal of health issues, impact of caesarian, faecal transplant and many more. Tamil people are the rare breed who appreciate talent irrespective of region. None of Rajni, MGR, TMS, MSV, Saroja Devi, Savithri, SPB, S.Janaki, P.Suseela, Yesudas, Chitra, Arjun, Ajith, Sneha, and a lot more,, are not tamilians. But we celebrate them. Also, Tamil people are the only one to celebrate dark skinned heroes, like Rajni, Vishal, Lawrence, Parthiban, Vijayakanth, and a lot more.. you can never imagine how open and welcoming Tamils are!

@@crazymazy1795 wasn't Saritha dark and successful? There aren't enough examples. You can try to tell one actress who failed because of her dark colour, and rarely you'll find. Dark and handsome are more associated with males, while fair and beautiful for females, donno why?! Even Madhuri (wife of second son in samsaram adhu minsaram) was dark and acted in few movies, but she didn't have great skills like Saritha. At least tamil films cast these dark heroines, other languages I don't even recall having seen any dark female lead!

Also one more small information. The first bacteria of life form is seeded when the baby passes through the birth canal. And comes through the mother. This is the first and only beautiful “thai seedhanam” of our life. Unique gift from our mother. And then Mother Earth. And the first Seemai paal. The colostrum is for feeding this bacteria only. Not food for the baby. But the bacteria. Once that is ready then only baby is ready for digestion. Liver starts to kick in. And milk starts to flow to mother for feeding baby. How beautifully nature has kept all planned. That’s also one of the reason why baby will lose Upto 10% of its birth weight in the first two days and then starts to increase post third days. I have always admired this ingenuity of nature. Dr Pal and Bhat sir thanks for your enlivening and enjoyable discussion on this topic.

Wonderful conversation sir. Thank s to both of you. As you people say I use mud pot, kalchatti, triply, iron pans, brass pot for cooking. I use all this every week in turn. Thanks for educating the mass. I am happy if hotels come up with good healthy nutrient rich food with the calorie content.

Our ancestors already taught us not to eat a food somebody already ate. Saliva of a young person will reduce your lifespan, eat home cooked food, not to eat after sunset, to wake up before sunset, Madi and acharam also sprouted from this and turned out to become something else. The more we question why our ancestors started to follow something, we understand they’ve made scientific advancements that we cannot imagine. Instead of judging our ancestors if we focus on the knowledge we will be wowed

So true… They have a spiritual connection to everything so that it’s strictly followed out of fear.. but when we understand they were all actually related to scientific theory..it’s amazing!!!And that’s d reason we Q many ..until we understand d actual reason behind every practice.

@@bharsanta5029spirituality is pure science and advanced science .. what knowledge our maharishis taught us is all precise technology… onky we fools of bharath didn’t want to understand this knowledge and made everything superstitious!! What’s that use of all that high tech knowledge that our maharishis left for our generations? Ex: Ayurveda is completely designed by Bharadvaaj maharishi, All the ancient medicinal plants were created and planted all over Bharath by agastya maharishi, likewise there are Maharishis who were pioneers in aeronautical sciences !! Ancient Indian fields of agriculture, medicine , construction, food processing and nutrition, languages , arts, poetry, vastu, astrology etc are all pure sciences based on the knowledge given by Maharishis…. Why did Maharishis give us all This ? ? So that we live a healthy and contented life with all The prosperity and later attain god!! Only fools like people of bharath today have reduced themselves to living a dog like life copying junk from the west .. Eating Junk food Wearing junk clothes Taking junk medicines Using junk construction methods that ruin the land, soil and water .. Greed greed and nothing but greed and suffering !!

Instead of following, if our ancestors were told to us as general knowledge, our generation would have good health and not become victim to helathcare mafia, now if you don't have health insurance people look at you like an alien. Health can't be insured, we can only have emergency medical care.

Dr. Pal, this podcast is so informative, and at the same time, I don't feel it's more than an hour long video. Dr. Pal, tbh your information and the information you provide are very useful for me personally. Thank you for talking openly about many things to create awareness for us. I don't understand one thing, I've watched many doctors' health information on social media, but a few doctors are saying many things differently. They make people confused about health. Your information is so genuine and true, based on my research. Thank you, Dr. Pal, and please keep educating us so we can apply it in our lives.

Can you please make a dedicated video just on dos and don'ts for people whose gallbladder is removed.. That will be very helpful when info comes from a doctor. Please consider my request. Of course you will have a lot of things in your pipeline. But please consider adding this topic to your pipeline. I will wait for it patiently as i do not want to wait in the doctor's office as a patient. 😅

venkatesh bhat and dr.pal both have good sense of humour no matter whatever the situation he venkatesh bhat has faced because of his untime eating food habits douring his early stage of his career. he has no repercussions, he enjoyed his profession and admiring aspect of bhat isthat he is trying to understand his body slowly after undergoing many treatments one after other. some people they get chance and they overcome some they die because of fear. we need to understand our body first before abusing by having unwanted food or drinks. thanks a lot doctor i enjoyed this show. look forward to see more such podcast from your side. God bless you mightly for your service to mankind.
