I just love these Pakistani machine shops, everything and everyone immaculately clean and tidy, with nothing out of place! The most modern machinery available and top class safety flip flops! How these people keep all their fingers and toes in such an environment is amazing, and yet they manage to ingeniously produce parts, and are probably paid little.

Exactly my Thoughts. IF this were taking place at a Mill/Factory in the USA, OSHA would Absolutely SH*T! While these Machinists do a HECKUVA Job with what they have, the absoluite Lack of ANY Safety Gear on both Equipment and Personnel (things like no Equipment Guards/shavings and tripping hazards everywhere/face shields/the loose clothing/sandals/eye protection/hearing protectio/the list goes on and on) or Requirements show you why a LOT of American Companies (I'm NOT saying this is an American Company) move Factories Overseas due to what they can get away with. If they had to bring this Factory and the Workers into "Compliance" with even the Minimum OSHA Requirements, it would cost them MILLIONS of Dollars and shut them down for who knows how long. And for anyone that thinks OSHA is Tough, I worked at a Surface Coal Mine for 25 years and we had to deal with MSHA, who make OSHA look like Amateurs! I'm NOT talking Bad about this Place, Like I said, they are indeed AMAZING!

all those guys using a torch, have the 'squint' down pretty good.... those cuts are very impressive though.....I have cut 4 inch [100 mm] steel plate before, you have to know what you are doing..... a Bravo on the quality of their cutting ability......looks like they are using Propane by the way the torch was light.... cheers from the US, Paul
