I don't understand why so many people are reluctant to give him a second chance. If he did something wrong, he was very much punished for it. How can we keep holding him to the fire after he has paid for any wrongdoings and admitted to his faults? What more can we ask for? A lifetime ban, or jail, or worse?

Trevor Bauer definitely does not seem to have a natural comfortability around people. That's okay, too. I could see how he would rub teammates and fans the wrong way. Hopefully he successfully sues MLB the pants off of MLB .

I love the first base story. Baseball is so full of mind games, its nice to see someone else has been thoroughly embarassed during a game lol, many of us who played have been there

I get that Theo isn't a journalist, but Bauer just got to leave out a giant piece of his MLB story like it had nothing to do with the Cy Young, $100m contract, and suspension. Some of his 'entertaining' KZread videos were about a sticky substance he used to manipulate the baseball. He says he'd NEVER use such a thing in game, but then he comes off his worst season, 2019, to magically increase his spin rate and pitch the best 73 innings of his career. 73 innings was the extent of his COVID shortened 2020 season when he won the Cy Young. In a full season a Cy Young winning pitcher usually throws well over 200 innings. Prior to that year he was a good to average starter. Then he cheated, dominated, and the Dodgers wanted that. Here's $34 - 40m a year! More than doubled his annual salary. Would've loved to hear is version of that. Love ya, Theo 🤘🏻
