Trevor got the longest suspension in MLB history for the allegations. Longer than players that cheated, did PEDs, and were actually found guilty of crimes. Even repeat offenders get shorter suspensions than what Trevor got. The MLB, especially Robert Manfred, wanted him gone and were willing to use anything to justify it

It was payback for Trevor exposing how much cheating was going on in baseball and how the MLB was turning a blind eye towards it. And then the fact that not a single MLB team signed him when he was reinstated even though he would have been at least the #3 pitcher on every one of those teams shows that the teams were afraid of retribution from the Commissioner's office. It was collusion.

who ever was advising him to not say anything when the allegations came out did him in. look at Dave Portnoy. every time someone alleges something about him, he gets out in front of it, true or not, and stops the narrative dead in its tracks. the media's only focus is to make the consumer outraged so that they keep coming back, creating a huge story pays the bills... Dave knows that because hes in the business. Trevor sat on his hands for months and let every publication, every sports show, and every activist group, paint a picture of him. 99% of the time, waiting for the evidence to come out still isn't enough. a majority of people still think hes guilty of beating and raping a woman because the media will never care to write a story on how they were wrong.

He had a wonderful youtube channel that showed a lot of insides of baseball and his routines etc. It was very entertaining and cool to get to see that side of baseball. You could tell he thoroughly loved the sport. Then the allegations came out and it was like his whole life had been ripped from under him and he was now this horrible monster. What a shame. Hey Trevor, I hope you are doing well. I watched just a few videos of you and I really feel you are a good person and know what is right and wrong. You really have a chance to get your life back in order. Do not let anyone dictate what you should or shouldn't do to better your life and the ones around you that you love and care about. Do not hurt others. As a society, we humans are natural predators to hurt others to get gain, but we all make mistakes. What defines who you are is not what did, it is how you handle it. Thinking of others more than yourself is the true definition of living a better and more fruitful life.

It was nice when the judge yelled at the person who put it on me. Side note what I think is dumb is when the sheriff comes and gives you the order it tells you the addresses you can’t go, i didn’t know where this person worked or lived anymore, but doesn’t that seem dangerous if someone is actually dangerous

False acquisitions against a party should recieve the full sentence of the crime they are claiming if proven to be false. Is no reason to lie about shjt like abuse and you should be punished. If our system is around justice then is no reason we shouldn’t be doing this

Bauer's accuser should face criminal charges. Restitution and damages should be awarded and...IMO...incarceration should be sought. That being said...this unseemly incident appears to have produced some positive consequences. Addicts and alcoholics who have sought recovery experience something called their "moment of clarity"...the event(s) that cause the afflicted to come to the realization that they can no longer live that way. In no way am I saying that Bauer brought this on himself...nobody deserves what happened to him, but I've noticed a change in his behavior and demeanor as events have unfolded. I see introspection, growth and maturity. He has expressed that he's taken responsibility for his prior abhorrent behavior regarding teammates, coaches and...in general...society at large. I believe that he's come to the realization that nobody ever "had his back" for a reason and is working hard to become a bona-fide adult with social skills and genuine concern for people other than himself. Life is...hopefully...a long journey and I hope he continues to evolve and learn what's important in this life...and it ain't about trying to be a cartoon character or how many people subscribe to his internet page. The guy's a helluva pitcher too.

I hope you're suing everyone that you can. You should own part of the MLB. Trusting is the only thing you did wrong. And to get where you are now you had to trust people. And if your morals keep you from suing just remember they would do it to you. You're a business. They're a business. Protect your business at all cost.

The only thing keeping him from suing people is that he keeps losing all his lawsuits 😆 he’s filed multiple defamation lawsuits and lost every single one, except the one he settled. “Own part of the MLB” please give me some of whatever you’re smoking!! This guy will just keep making KZread videos and milking your sympathy, the league isn’t going to give him a single thing

My ex-girlfriend tried to do the same thing. Say that I was stalking her and harassing her and all this bullshit so she went to the police office and rotor restraining order, I went to court without a lawyer defended myself the restraining order was dropped. Bc that how shitty disrespectful 99.9% of all women will treat you and anybody else around them. Lie and manipulate to get their way and when it doesn’t work, it’s just swept under the rug.

Man i wish Trevor sued the MLB and the woman, this is beyond despicable. And the issue is, women that are actually abused and assaulted will always be doubted because of women like that. I honestly hope he makes a return to the MLB,

This stuff drives me nuts on 2 fronts. One is that this has totally ruined and stripped Trevor of a flourishing career. The second is that fake money grabs like this make it tougher on real DV cases where the female really needs help. This calls any case against a rich or well known male into question and that is horrible. Im curious as to if the MLB lets him back in once the other cases are settled assuming those are also fabricated stories.

Trevor Bauer was exposing double standards in how substances were policed for pitchers, and the MLB retaliated by giving him the biggest punishment ever for something he didn’t do

I just find it so asinine that a woman can end a career or even a life like this through false claims and not have to answer for it. She's just free to go on her merry way after all this bs. It must be infuriating for the people living through it.
