I’m British, don’t care much for baseball, none of these names meant anything to me. So the fact that this appeared in my feed, at 2am, and I watched it from start to finish without being distracted is a solid compliment to the quality of the clip, how engaging it was and how great it was to see him make that final hit. Well done! 👏 My hand eye co ordination is do bad that I’d struggle at the lowest level. And yet here is Dude Perfect connecting with a 96… wow wow wow. Awesome effort!

Don't really care much for baseball but this was epic to watch and I'm surprised he was actually able to get a hit. I feel like hitting a ball from an MLB pitcher is one of the single hardest aspects in sport

@@ShadowStryker Batters and Defenders are the same people and they cycle between innings Batters are trying to hit the ball Pitchers are throwing the ball towards the batter Defenders are trying to get 3 outs (aka the people with the gloves)

Love you guys. My idea is to start doing more of these. Tons of people ask “how would the average athlete line up?” You don’t even have to find a decent high school athlete like Ty. You could also have average people. We used to ask for this at Olympic swimming… like where is the baseline for an average swimmer. Same with golf. You have ALOT of potential with these. Cody, by the way, I enjoyed playing bochee (sp?) ball with you at Jeremy Payne’s surprise birthday party around 2015. You carried but I pulled my weight!
Ty's got that kind of determination that is just hard to bet against. Congrats!!

This is my 2nd all time favorite video you have ever made.. you can't beat the aircraft carrier.
Out of all the things this man has done from world record's and crazy trick shots, being basically an average joe with only high school level experience in baseball to hit a 96mph pitch and put it in play and that may be a bloop single is probably the greatest thing he has ever done. Getting the hit was dope but it wouldn’t have been amazing to watch without the story and cinematography leading up to the moment. Killer video guys!

1st time viewer here and you guys did a great job with this. The hardest thing in sports to do is hit a 90mph baseball and you hit a 96mph pitch! I played SS in college and faced 92-96mph and it gets there quick! Congrats! Subscribed!

Never watched the channel before, but this is wonderful. I have definitely heard of dude perfect but the way this was produced and the way he popped off for getting that hit... it's a glorious testament to baseball! Tommy John surgery cost me my chance at going to the bigs (college sophomore year, no real prospects for the pros at the time, but I was growing). This was so nice to watch and inspiring!
Congrats Ty another huge accomplishment!! That's awesome!
Truly, just as significant as this fun story alone is, the cinematographic storytelling is equally right on par as well.
you could really see how much ty enjoyed this and not like the regular dude perfect over hyped reactions at times you could see it was a childhood dream to play baseball
It always blows my mind when someone thinks hitting a baseball from a pro is no biggie, but for those of us that know it is BIG, we applaud you!!! So awesome! Felt like I was rooting on a buddy of mine the whole video!👏🏼
