wow, you moved to puerto rico! how cool! i just went there for the first time since I was born there 40 years ago. It’s such a beautiful place right? years ago I got got your Motivation Manifesto when you gave it out for free, and I loved it. And guess what Brendan, all the years of little changes are finally starting to compound! It’s amazing! So far, not many outward manifestations but I can feel the sea change...cos the fear is disappearing, and working with a coach really taught me how consistency of gratitude journaling is seriously magical when you stick with it for a few weeks.Its just awesome. I’m reading your book again, and it’s different this time, it’s fusing with my soul rather than my intellect. Thank you and congratulations for all you have done and all those you have helped. For years I struggled with outstanding debts, bills and my children's school fees. I was at a point where I wanted to give up. I came across every KZread channel about how to make and multiply your income through passive income. Fortunately, I had saved some money and decided to start an investment, Now I have bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that doesn’t believe in investing.. .

Not quite long I started investing. I did a trial investment in stock like Disney but to be honest I don’t know what am doing and I don’t think I made anything either. I'm very curious and need help on how to enhance and increase my returns. Any good investment tips would be appreciated.

@@paigehuston2060 investing requires higher knowledge. I invest across the top markets but not by myself tho. i follow the guidelines of Alexandra Diana Jose. you might have heard of her.. I can correctly say she’s worth her salt as a investment advisor as her diversification skills are top notch/ I say because i see that in her results as my portfolio grows by averages of 30 to 5O% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what her place and not just on some particular industries of my choosing. .

@Have That last When it comes to investment, diversification is key. Also have my interest set on key sectors based on performance and projected growth. do not invest all your money in a particular sector. diversifying across different sectors is the way to go.

There are a lot of strategies to make tongue-wetting profit that the average joes don't know. . Personally, the financial-market for me seems the only way forward with my long time horizon (accrued roughly $457k in gains since Mid 2021 ) but if you don’t have that fortune of time it’s a tough market out there almost nowhere feels safe!

@@MarcelPhilips I began with a fiduciary portfolio advisor by the name MARTHA ALONSO HARA. She’s verifiable and her works ethics is in accordance with the US investment act of 1940. Her approach is transparent allowing total ownership and control over my portfolio with fees very reasonable in comparison with my investment-income. Also, She covers things like investment insurance, making sure retirement is well funded, Go over tax advantages , ways to have a volatility buffer for investment risk. many things like that.

its difficult to let go of someone you love, i was in a similar situation, my relationship of 12 years ended, but i couldnt just let her go i did all i could to get her back, i had to seek the help of a spiritual counselor who helped me bring her back

I love you Brother Brendon ----- My dream is to live in PR. I took myself there for Valentines Day (even though I'm single :)) and stayed for 4 days. Just feeling it. Imagining myself living there. And I went back last month for my 50th birthday and stayed 21 days. I found a one-room space for rent and I go back again in December to decorate it. Seeing yourself in the picture is vital. I woke up this morning, back in the states, feeling a bit sad because I miss it and want to move now ---- lol! Then I find this video...kicking me in the butt DO IT ALREADY!!! Thanks Man!

Visualization is key. I know what you mean Brendon. It's amazing where you end up when the vision is clear.

Skill building over stability is a really valuable lesson. Most people, myself included, take it too safe and not be willing to take a (calculated) risk once in a while. Personally, I got fed up of playing it safe, I'm sure I have much more to give.
