    1. Stop judging everyone 2. Beware addictions 3. MEDS (meditation, exercise, diet, supplements) relationships. 4. Voices of motivation, funny friends (laugh), positive podcasts/ pastors 5. Motivation is triggered by Ambition and Action/Momentum (daily progress, monitoring and visualization) 6. Do something everyday to reach the hem of your ideal future.

You got me there Brendon sir, i was just doing self care and surviving, and since past 3-4 days, i am not even doing self care and surviving stuff, because I didn't feel motivated enough and I didn't find a reason to continue them. This is my problem, i was not able to identify, and that's when this video's notification popped up. Bless you sir for helping us out.

Don’t force yourself to be motivated, just be. Come up with your reasons why which for sure will motivate you. journal it down on your phone. Motivation, ultimately, is fleeting. It'll come and go, but when you have it, ride the wave. When you don't, consistency and discipline will move you on a day-to-day basis. When I really got serious and committed, I found I had far more freedom when I had discipline in place.

As strong as I thought I was to limit the low energy-related bits going into my ears, I find my loss of motivation to be directly correlated with staying exclusively in survival mode and forgetting to include the vision of future. You made that so clear for me! Thank you, Brendon. As for the future vision, my question is should we list the agendas to get there when we visualize like tasks or is it the destination, big picture, kind of thoughts? Thanks Brendon!

During the visualization time, I would say no. Enjoy dreaming without concern of the outcome; this will bring your vibration and motivation up. When you’re done with this fun meditation time and you’re in a good state of mind, this is the perfect time to do your morning list and how you can best accomplish your dream -ask positive, open-ended questions on how best to achieve the dream as Brendan suggests. He is a master. Thanks so much for all the great motivating advice! 🎉🎉🎉

I hadn't realized how much alcohol had an impact on my motivation. I ran across people talking about the #sobercurious movement and I decided on October 7th to stop drinking just to see how my mood, energy and mind felt without the constant pull of alcohol that I would have at the end of a work day. The first 30-45 days was tough and then after that point all of the urge just released and it freed up a TON of energy and I naturally felt more motivated. Definitely not preaching as well - but it was a mind-blowing little life experiment. Great video as always Brendon! Also, love the MEDS acronym to remind us.

Hello Brendon, I've read all of your books, was a student of two of your online classes, and currently have your planner. What I'm concerned with is managing all the information to sustain my productivity. I feel like there are so many to-do lists for health(medicines I have to take, diets I have to follow) on top of juggling my pursuit of my dreams, the work that pays the bills, my social life, and recreational/relaxing activities. I feel overwhelmed at the prospect of having so many materials to reference. I have done a good job limiting them but the prospect of it is overwhelming.

Online studying and working make it possible for me to start my own KZread channel during quarantine Coz daily 4 hours of commute time is saved 😌 quarantine is a time for growth for me ☺️ I started to fall in love with lockdown when it is going to come to an end for my country. But I also miss my friends and the gym.

Thank you so much, Brendon, your Speech brought so much clarity to me and is so helpful in terms of understanding and WHAT TO DO! One Question: What is the mental root of fatigue? Greetings from Hamburg, Germany

🦋I used to love wine (surprising that Grocery Outlet in Fresno & Trader Joe’s had a great selection for cheap!) but like Jesus I’ll wait till Heaven for the good stuff! You know it’s gonna be a party in Heaven
