    Can you plug the charging cord directly into the vacuum? I am looking at it for our RV and don't have the space to hang it up. If I have to use the wall mount with this one is there another model that doesn't use the wall mount?

    Yes, this machine uses the wall mount for storage rather than charging. If you are looking for a vacuum not relying on a wall mount, you may check Pure one S15 (charging base) and Pure one X in Smart Series, or check A10 and PWRHERO 11 (plug into the machine directly) for a cordless vacuum.

    Maybe im crazy but it seems to me that whilst cleaning the filter in the holder you're basically just transferring the dirt from that filter to the one inside the vacuum right? Kinda like wiping mud off your left hand with your right hand. Either way you still only have one clean hand

    Kind of true but the filter being cleaned will be at its dirtiest and when you go clean it the other one will get dirty but most of it will go in the canister to be dumped

    What I do when it's time to change it, I have the second in the cleaner tool already dirty, run it through to clean and then swap them (after knocking the one from the vacuum a LOT on the side of the trashcan). So there's always a dirty one sitting in the cleaner tool and I clean it at the time I plan to change it. Sometimes I may even run them both a couple times because it does release some of that dirt back in the canister and not on either filter, but I tend to do my normal swap way more often than the app says I should, so neither is ever FULLY dirty or clogged.

    Why the app in my phone is offline. I can't see how much battery charge and other function.

    Hi can I turn the suction down on the vacuum without the app? It keeps sucking the rug up as it goes full power once it sees the rug. Will have to return it if can’t do it as it’s not good

    Would using the Tigger lock and setting it to a lower power level help in your situation?

    Dear Cord, thanks for your attention to Tineco. Please note the suction will be adjusted according to dust amount. You could manually control the suction on Tineco APP. If it sucking the rug up, please try to tilt the angle a bit.

    Hello Tineco, on the app, we can see the quantity of dust we collected but what is the unit ? It shows "47.57K", what does it mean ? I can't find the detail anywhere ; Thanks

    Dear Customer, Thank you for the comment. The unit k showing the quantity of dust collected on the app means one thousand items. For example, "47.57K" you see means that, the total of the dust you have collected reaches 47,570(no matter how large it is).     Disappointed I wasted my money on this. I bought it on the 23rd of February 2021 and today, it stopped working. The app said “motor failure” I just an email so hopefully I’ll get a response and I can return it.

We also suggest you may purchase the additional soft roller brush, which is specifically designed for cleaning the hard floor and is good for cleaning debris.
