Far better than the instruction manual which is vague in places and omits some key bits of information.

Ok, this is the real experience when using that self cleaning tool for the filter. When you remove the dirty filter, you must replace it immediately with a clean one. Ok, so when you turn it on in order to clean the dirty filter, all it does is transfer the dirt to the clean one. So in essence you have a never ending process. What I do is I buy the pressurized air can and use them to clean the dirty filters. Then I rinse off the rest under water and let dry.

When do I know I need a new battery
do you have a video on how to wash the filter. Do I just run it under the faucet?

How to clean the filter could be viewed in the second half of the video. You may need to rinse it under the faucet and squeeze until the water is clean. Will I get 40 minutes full if I use in Max Mode for hardwood and carpet floors?

Dear Wilson, thank you for your comment. Please note the single battery could provide up to 40 minutes of runtime in normal mode, not max mode.
Is it safe for the battery life to have the charger always connected to the socket ? Thank you in advance.

Hi Johnny, thank you for your comment. It is safe and it will not affect the performance of the battery. We suggest you fully charged the battery if you gonna leave it for a long time.

Clear off the blockage and restart the machine again. Please kindly remove the dustbin, and the serial number is on the main body(E00000000).

Hi, customer. You can find the serial number after removing the dustbin, which is a barcode starting with E00000000.
