Thanks for watching! I appreciate the kind words and I'm glad my video was able to help you decide! I'm still really enjoying mine. I had a Dyson and the battery died after two years, so I'm hoping this one last longer than that!

To get the dirt cup to empty better spray some furniture polish on a dust rag and wipe the inside of the Tineco dirt cup and then polish it off after you've done that. That works on slow opening windows as well. 😊

I purchased mine from Walmart and used it ONCE and I tried charging it, I followed the Manuel I did everything, and my vacuum stopped working … I called Tineco and they will be sending me a new one 😢

How does the canister come off to clean?
