How to Toast Hemp Seeds

Why eat hemp seeds?
Hemp seeds are one of nature’s #1 superfoods - even better than chia and flax.
They are packed full of Omega 3 essential fatty acids which many experts believe aid good brain and heart health as well as boosting circulation.
They are the most effective source of plant based Omega 3. That's because it is much easier for us to digest and metabolise than chia or flax.
They are also a great source of vitamin E and minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron and zinc.

How to toast hemp seeds:
Toast on a medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Any longer can kill the nutritional properties in the seeds.
Add seasoning of your choice.
