How do you incorporate probiotic yogurt into your daily diet, straight up or....?

Beautiful videos, very helpful. I meant to ask you if instead of all sugars you showed, Inulin could be used?
Every country should promote the cultivation of this valuable food crop.
Fabulous - I would suggest, though, to add the probiotics *after* the main blending of the hemp seeds and sweetener - the high-speed blades can break the probiotic bacteria and make them to some degree unviable - just do all the blending first, then add the probiotics and give it a brief *slow* blend just to mix it up -
I love your details explanation of every recipe
What a splendid idea. Thanks for this❤ Can't wait to try it 😋
TY! this was great, keep sharing!
Lovely, thank you!
You did nice job! I like what are u posting .
I love your videos. So informative and helpful. Thank you.
What a wonderful video, thank you so much! I subscribed straight away, you seem like a lovely person, I couldn't stop smiling. I'm wishing you the best 🌻☀️
Great I’ve just bought and soaked some for milk - thank you!
Love love love your video’s gurl👏
Thank you!! Very informative & answered my question about how to use for the next batch
This looks so delicious! Creamy and healthy without dairy, amazing!
I'm looking forward to making this Hempstead yogurt
Make sure an incorporate a good source of vitamin c, so you can absorb most of the minerals. Hemp seeds can have sometimes have phytic acid, which can reduce absorption dramatically, vitamin c is able to counteract this effect. I make my hemp smoothie using 2 cups of hibiscus tea as the base, which has almost 100% rda of vitamin c for a man and more than 100% for a female.
I loved the meal ideas 😋
This is exciting!!! I can not wait to make this.
You are a blessing to me and my grandson because we both are allergic to dairy and I recently had bariatric surgery. Thank you ❤
Awesome! :) I also watched another video where a guy put chia seeds in hemp milk and chilled a couple hours for some pudding! Thanks for another great simple hemp recipe :)
Your videos are absolutely brilliant! You explain everything so clearly and they are straightforward to follow with no nonsense or waffle!. You also make the science behind healthy eating, and especially fermenting, easily accessible to all. I have been making sauerkraut, kefir and kombucha for a while - and now I am inspired to branch out! I am recommending your videos to friends. Thank you- and keep up the excellent work!

Thanks to your wonderful information about the nutrition levels of hemp seeds I am drinking hemp milk every day😊 now I will hemp yogurt and salad dressing!! And I love the taste❤
Impressive - thanks stay blessed
Thank u for this content
Mmmm. I need to make some. Love the omega 3s in hemp seeds. It would be a nice alternative to my soygurt.
I love hemp seeds and use it in salads but from now on it’s going to be yogurt, yay, thank you
Intriguing, I am close to being carnivore. But wanting to add fermented foods. Just learning to garden as well and thinking fermentation is not only healthy but a great preservation method. I am hooked on having a good whole fat yogurt as a side with my dinner. This week my yogurt of choice was $7.89 😳. This might be a good alternative
We used to have an amazing Nepalese restaurant that made a salad dressing with yogurt, honey, mint and cilantro. Using this yogurt would make it amazing!❤️
Thanks
Great video 👍 How do you make the yoghurt from the starter to save on probiotics?
Oh my gosh have you sent me down multiple rabbit holes today! Just discovered your channel and subscribed!!! I really really appreciate your teaching style! But that cauliflower taco has such an interesting shell I thought maybe the shell was made with cauliflower but I can't find anything that resembles that online! So if you're inspired please give me/us some kind of link!? Oh I'm also wondering what is the health benefit difference between kefir and fermented dairy? Or nut milk? I've been making my own kefir but somehow I killed it after a year I think too many grains and fermented too long in the refrigerator. I tossed it. Thinking about just going with Kiefer water or your fermenting projects. Thank you again!❤
great video

Can you use this "yogurt" to make vegan cheese? This is awesome !
I've got my hemp seeds to make some yogurt. How long does it keep on the work top and in the fridge? Really looking forward to having a go. 👍
Hemp seeds are also rich in copper and it has some potassium. But you'll need to eat about 400 grams daily to get your daily intake of potassium
I use coconut nectar as sugar substitute, in everything.
WOW an amazing and wonderful video🙏Thank you. Quick question if I may please. Is adding honey or fruits a mandatory step in the fermentation process or can I simply ferment without adding any honey/fruits etc? Again, thank you

@@CleanFoodLiving Thankyou for responding, I’m sorry for being a pest. God bless you…….. ; )
I know that this question is not about hemp but would you be able to help me out with a question regarding soymilk yogurt, please?! I made yogurt from a brand that has only soy and water and added 1 packet of yogurt starter and 2 tablespoons of organic tapioca starch. Incubated in instant pot for 10 hours and then refrigerated overnight. When I looked closer at it, there was a tinge of pink on the surface of the yogurt spread all over. I googled and found that it is a bacterium but before I throw it out, I am kindly asking your opinion. Thanks so much for your time and consideration.
Hei. First of all thank you for the recipe. I have a question: can i put more water and still get the fermentation process and the final result (the yogurt)? I want to eat it with psyllium, and flaxseed flour, and other flours, and i need it to be more watery, more liquid. Thank you so much!

I always thought metal and or metal blades effect and ruin probiotics? I was always taught to use wooden utensils when working with yogurt making.
I was wondering, if you ever used kombucha to ferment hemps seeds I would like to try see what will be the out come, please let me know if you ever tried that?

Hi, I know the description says this recipe doesn't require a yogurt maker but I have a few questions (I'm a noob) Question 1), if I don't have probiotics water to add or don't want to put it in will it still ferment with the probiotic capsules at room temp or should I put it in a yogurt maker (keeping it at 108-115 temperature)? Question 2.) If not able to do top👆🏼 would I have to heat it up to temperature let cool down then add my probiotics capsules? 3.) How long can I keep my yogurt fermenting at room temperature before placing it in the fridge? 4) how long will it be good for in the fridge? Just started getting into yogurt making. Other recipes had me do above(different methods), so haven't tried this way yet(don't want to waste hemp seeds either kinda spendy at the moment)😅. Thank you for the time and replies to those who help with an answer!
I have a question: Can I use a jalapeño pepper and or maybe some lime juice? To make it more tangy? 🌻

Do you use hemp seeds or hemp hearts or could you use either?
I had read not to put probiotics in high speed blender as it damages the microbes. What are your views? I would put the capsule after the blending and just mix with a spoon

How long can I keep the hempseed yogurt on the countertop at room temperature without spoiling? Assumimg I'd like to use the creamy more fluid texture only without refrigirating?
@CleanFoodLiving

Up to 3 days. FYI Longer than 24 hours on the counter will make it become very very sour because the microbes will continue to actively ferment, therefore making it more and more sour.

WHY are you using HONEY as a sweetener in this yogurt. Honey properties KILLS the probiotics in the yogurt: "Honey contains enzymes which add an oxygen molecule to H2O turning it into H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide). This goes without saying, it would kill most if not all microbes in the yogurt depending on how much you use as the covalently bonded oxygen atom is very reactive.:

"Current research suggests that certain kinds of honey can reduce the presence of infection-causing bacteria in the gut including Salmonella, Escherichia coli, and Clostridiodes difficile, while simultaneously stimulating the growth of potentially beneficial species, such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria. " CITATION: Schell KR, Fernandes KE, Shanahan E, Wilson I, Blair SE, Carter DA, Cokcetin NN. The Potential of Honey as a Prebiotic Food to Re-engineer the Gut Microbiome Toward a Healthy State. Rather the opposite, strong and robust.
