You might use a little of your front delt but that movement uses the chest because you’re stabilizing your shoulder blades.

Nope, that’s why I included it in the video. Below parallel, the upper pec will have better leverage to move weight. Above parallel, the front delt will gain better leverage. Not to say you won’t feel your front delt below parallel, you can. It also depends on how forward you’re actually holding your arm. As your arm creeps out to the side, the less upper pec you’ll use
