How To Take Everyone Down with an Ankle Pick | THE FRATONE’S
Hey everyone!
Bobby will be instructing you guys how to complete a savage takedown known as the ankle pick. This takedown works for everyone no matter the size because it’s not about strength. It’s more about level change, speed, and having the proper angle. We’ve been working on this all week in wrestling class. I really enjoy going for it which is saying something because I am not strong when it comes to takedowns. So, hopefully, you guys can use it and level up your takedown game as well! I hope everyone enjoys the video! Anyway, hope you guys have a wonderful day and leave comments below about what you want to see next!
Xoxo,
Fallon

Thank you. The ankle pick is the takedown I seriously need. Really difficult for me to just control peoples’ wrist though.
@FallonFratone
Жыл бұрын
I have that same problem sometimes. You can just grab the bicep and drop to your knee as well. I do that a lot because people break the wrist right away since they know you’re trying to go for something. Just make sure you pull the head down to their knee and you should be fine! ☺️☺️
@adamkoehler5747

Wrestlers rarely get wrist control before ankle picking. They go straight from hand on shoulder or bicep. If the target leg is the lead leg, a level change and pushing the head over that leg is all you need. They will topple over.

Cant go wrong watching david taylors ankle picks. Best in the history of wrestlers. These work on BJJ people all the time. When you grab the wrist, yank it past you almost like an arm drag to put their balance off. If you just switch from the wrist to the ankle, they can still post on your shoulder with the free hand and pull the leg back.

Once she steps and you grab that leg that will tell you what her reaction leg is so then you can instantly know what your opponent's 90% reaction is. Thus instantly going into the foot shift and its easily gonna flow better within the level changes

I knew a USA military soldier veteran. That taught his daughter how to wrestle. Against High School Children. Boys. And he forced her too. And the boy broke her arm. And I said. I would never force my daughter to wrestle a guy. Unless I knew for sure. That she knew she was going to win.. And he got upset at me. Home Depot Jamestown NY. Andrew a 500lbs guy. Got so angry at me. That he asked to arm wrestle me. On my last work day. Because, he knew I was leaving. To go work for more money. And he tried to intimidate. And I embarrassed him in front of the staff. In the lunch room.. Andrew and Andrew These two. Did stupid activity at work..
