Her advice should be taken seriously because they work! And they help you become a healthier person. I lost weight using some of her advices and workout as well to get toned. It’s a lifestyle change and once you start seeing the results, you want to keep it up.

Hey Zuska, working in a german hospital in a special research area for thyroid disorders - everything you say is true and I even tested myself for some disorders for over or under functionality but everythings fine. If you somehow can´t loose weight and doing "really" everything for ex. Diet / Traing a lot, go to a check up for your thyroid, trust me endocrine medicine is so powerful.
Congrats your catching up with the body rock channel and will probably pass them soon. 😀

I used to work out with body rock Chanel just because of Z… after she left I keep watching that flat skinny girl for a bit stopped , Zuzi she’s above and beyond that f…ing Chanel, I love watching her shes very wise and cleaver, I’m happy to find he on KZread .She is one and only .
