Nothing beat a 4 egg omelette when I was losing weight. I ate them as a late breakfast and was satisfied until dinner. Most effective and painless diet ever! Eggs are perfect and I eat them every day.

Having hard boiled eggs on hand will save you from eating an unhealthy snack when you have a craving. It will satiate you and kill that craving.

Great video! I only recently found this channel, boy have I been missing out. I'm a 66 yo woman who is on a mission to improve my metabolic health, gain and keep my muscle. I have been eating 2 - 4 eggs for a while, but I learned by watching just how important that is for optimal nutrition. I love what you said about thinking adding high quality nutritional foods to my diet, instead of thinking about what to avoid.

Some people develop a kind of intolerance to the whites. Basically all the nutrition that matters is in the yolks. The whites have some protein, but this is the part that is not tolerated well. I am able to eat any number of yolks, but whites, not so much, The chicken develops from the yolk (the nutrients that matter), with the white supplying only water and protection from bacteria, etc. Our dog (a carnivore) loved eggs but whites by themselves were thrown up - that's a hint.

Me and my husband exercise and eat healthy for most of our lives but because of genetics from both of our parents our bad cholesterol is close to bad LDL. It is still within normal range but few more numbers and we are in high LDL range. Again eggs are great , but not in everyone’s case.
