In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of www.iamalpham.com, www.aaronmarino.com and www.peteandpedro.com shows you three simple ways to eliminate sweaty armpits.
Sweat rings suck, are embarrassing, and kill your confidence and super sexy image! Alpha has researched and tested solutions to the sweat ring. He has found three simple ways to stop the sweat! Stop sweaty armpits and reclaim your super sexy image with these three hacks for eliminating sweat rings.
Perspiration Power Packed Punch!
1. Wear a high quality undershirt - nipple game is also kept in check! Alpha's favorite is the deep v from Ribbed Tee. It's spandex-y and soft. It feels incredible! His clothes are kept fresher and under arm sweat rings are eliminated. Ribbed Tee is the rock star of undershirts!
2. Thompson Tee - patented undershirt that has a pad that prevents the sweat from coming through. It's antimicrobial and machine washable. It stops sweat from getting out with their layered technology.
3. Sweat Block Antiperspirant - it blocks perspiration for up to SEVEN days! You get little wipes. At night after washing, you wipe it on. Air dry for 5-minutes. Go to bed. THAT'S it! You won't perspire for seven days! You don't need to use it every day. One box is an 8 week supply.

Dermadry absolutely does its job. Bought it because of excessive sweating under the arms. With regular and long-term use, you can feel a long-term effect that almost completely eliminates the wet armpits and completely normalizes them. The smell and the constant washing of tops are also eliminated. Right at the beginning you notice the strong reduction in sweat output.

I had the same problem and I didn't know how to fix it until I got older, here are some things I did. 1) don't use roll - on deodorant, i came home from school one day and took off my shirt and smelled under my arms and noticed i smelled sweat and a little musk then i smelled my shirt and even tho i was sweaty the armpits of my shirt smelled like deodorant and sweat. so the problem was the roll - on deodorant i put on was over powered by my sweat and after so many hours i basically sweated all my deodorant off and into my shirt. 2) use a solid deodorant because once it goes on its really hard to come off. don't get shower fresh or those other flavors because it makes u smell worse and its louder. use only powder fresh because when we sweat u start to smell a lite powder scent. the deodorant i buy is (dove powder) because its nice and soft but it gets the job done, the other mens deodorant powder seems to smell to manly and i don't need my manly sweat mixing with a manly deodorant so that's why i picked dove and suave powder is also nice and soft. 3) shave all the hair from armpits, the hair makes your armpits smell worse. 4) invest in t-shirts, if your a large buy med, if your a med buy small because the t-shirt is going to soak up the sweat so it doesn't get on your regular shirts. 5) u have to know when to get rid of all those t-shirts and buy a new pack because the sweat will stay in those shirts even after u have washed them and sometimes when u have them for to long the sweat starts to stay and u will have these yellow stains under the armpits, u have to get rid of those t-shirts before that happens because that smell is the worse. 6) when washing my shirts i let them sit in the washing machine water for like an hour before i start the wash cycle. 7) they also have these shots the doctor gives u in your armpits and u wont sweat under your arms for like 7 months, then u have to go back and get the shots again. the shots stop your sweat glands from producing sweat and after around 7 months your sweat glands start back up again. 8) i plan on trying those wipes tomorrow just to see if they would stop me from sweating but i also notice as i got older the sweat slowed down a lot until i go to work.

I shower with antibacterial soap at night, and put on some deodorante(after making sure pits are completely dry). Sleep shirtless and let the deodorant dry up completely. Get dressed in the morning and ready for a sweat/odor free day. Also helps to use shirts that let your pits breath. Never put on a shirt without letting the deodorant dry up first.

Ive had hyperhydrosis since 14. Always walked around as if my arms were tied to my body. We later on found out that i had social anxiety which evolved into a social phobia. Now that that's out of the way and i'm at about 20% of the stress level i used to be, i dont really sweat a lot anymore either. So if you're under a lot of stress, try getting it down and you might see a decrease in sweating aswell.

Not so long time ago I was at my grand aunts and when I told her about this, she looked at me and gave me potato flour to rub in my armipits. I was like wtf crazy woman, but the confidence on her face told me this could be legit. So yea I wasn't wrong, this fucking potato flour works better than any perspirant ive been using. Then rub your palms together to get good coverage and let dry. Do this before sleep. Certain-Dri available at some large chain drug stores like Walgreens, WalMart, and Amazon. Use it as needed. I use gold bond in conjunction with a deodorant. Partly because I don't want cancer, which anti-perspirants could potentially cause. A great added bonus is that there are no yellow armpit stains. Those stains are caused by the anti-perspirant and not the sweat itself.

+Charles Garton Not only do Anti-Perspirants and Deodorants cause yellow stains (fun fact: only the ones that contain Aluminum cause the yellowing), but it can also darken your armpits and cause damage. It's like making a dam in your armpit. It's natural to sweat; LET IT HAPPEN.

+Trent I don't know of any non-antiperspirant deodorants that contain alluminum. You can also get antiperspirants that do not have it, the Toms brand makes one. However, I find gold bond works best.

Another tip I personally use is to wear two undershirts. Sure it's more laundry, but I'd rather do an extra ten minutes folding laundry than be at work sweating through my dress shirts. And another obvious tip, if nothing works for you, just wear darker colors. Another tip is to wear thinner clothing. Sometimes the clothing is thick and can make you hot so you sweat a bit more.

I also recommend Drysol, its an antiperspirant that you can use every 2-3 days, you can put it in your armpits or your feet. Its amazing! i bought it in a dermatological pharmacy, no preescription needed. References: Me, a physician with hyperhydrosis :D

Know this video is old, but truly appreciate it, cannot wait to try those tees out. At work I pit like a beast, and I'm a waiter. I was wearing double undershirts to prevent absorbing from my work shirt. Needless to say, not sustainable on a daily basis. I work in the Mojave desert and our 20 yr old a/c needs to cool off 1,000 foot tower so until the sun goes down our room is 85 degrees, nice and stagnant, the pits lol Got a subscriber out of it. Look forward to more videos.

Only if your armpits are the only place your pores released sweat to regulate body temperature. Since the human body tends to release sweat all over, with armpits being just an especially problematic region, it shouldn't be a problem.

It probably uses aluminium chlorid which is a salt that makes you stop sweating. It´s not dangerous per se, but it could higher your chances for getting breast cancer. On the other hand sweating extremely is actually dangerous too.

Hmm. At first i wasn't quite sure what to think of it, but i tried it... and it works surprisingly well. especially for the darker range of skin tones that should be a really good option. Only downside, you don't get the "amplification effect" of the white color when doing white on white..

I tried everything for years (even medicated antiperspirants), and the only thing that worked was eliminating the antiperspirant or any deodorant with aluminum peroxide (or anything with aluminum). That component is in most antiperspirants and deodorants.I never noticed that because of using those products, I had developed a layer on my armpits clogging the pores and producing extra perspiration (I couldn't wear any grey or blue shirts, and it was very uncomfortable and embarrassing even in cold weather); but after i quit using deodorants with aluminum peroxide, i noticed after a couple of days that my armpits were progressively dry and I could feel normal again, I don't even think about it anymore, it really changed even the way i dressed. Now I just use a regular deodorant with alcohol or anything but aluminum peroxide.
