Staying healthy is the key…From a man’s perspective, and in my 40’s, I feel I’m better sexually now than in my 20’s. For one, I’m a healthier weight after being over 300lbs. and losing 70. Cardio will help your heart rate and stamina, plus I eat more green vegetables and fruits daily, take vitamins and natural plant base supplements, and, I cut out fast food almost completely (fast food, alcohol, and an occasional celebratory cigar is rare). I can last much longer than 4 minutes, and honestly, longer than when I was much, much younger. Experience in foreplay, and knowing what turns you both on, helps as well. For the man in the opening scene, if it was simply physical, he'd find a way. There's medicine like the video mentioned, there's other ways to make her happy too.
