Panty liners are meant to stick onto clothes. Panties. Maybe it’s the material of your shirt or the way you stick them on.

I also recommend wearing shirts with colorful patterns, that way sweat marks don't show and you don't have to use a panty liner!

Mitchum anti-persperant is the best you can get without a prescription. Don't pay any attention if they market it towards men or women. That's just sales. What matters is if it works and believe me this stuff does. Get the dark green clear gel kind. I think it will help you. I live in the tropics and it's super hot and humid but Mitchum always works. Peace

Have you ever looked into Thompson Tees? They are under shirts for men and women that have a sweat barrier built into the arm pits. They changed my life.

Whenever, I would use a pantyliner i would sweat way too much that some sort of gel would come out of the liner. I tried a couple of times but it never really worked.

These are all really good tips! But if anyone has it really bad, you can always look into iontophoresis. I Demadry for my hands and it has worked so far. They also treat feet and armpits, so maybe look into that too!!

I used to use this hack but it was only semi-effective. I have now found dandi London and I love their products, they are a lifesaver! I don't have to worry about being embarrassed by sweat any more and it's such a relief! They have a sweat pad which works similar to the panty liner idea but is specifically made for the underarm so fits and works so much better. They also have the dandi patch and this product is a new level. It sticks to your skin absorbing sweat straight away, it is perfect for chiffon and light material shirts as it doesnt weigh them down at all due to sticking to your armpit. It also stops all odour too!! I'd advise checking them out :)

The best deodorant for people who sweat allot is Mitchum. It's a very strong deodorant but I have heard from many that they would never try another brand after using it. I am almost 50 and it got me through my teen years where I sweat allot. Just thought I would share. They still sell it.

Would pads be ok instead? I've been having a lot of sweat problems at school and I would be hoping it would help me out.
