It's so strange knowing what you need to do to be happy and not doing it because it's uncomfortable. When you see someone who got it together you only see the end result, you never see what it took for them to get there.

Tyler's videos are not dense though, you'd waste your time watching those to find a few pieces of gold. I would recommend the book "You are better than you think you are" by Angela Cox for very dense and practical stuff.

Because whenever you get confident you automatically get buff. The extra confidence stimulates the neurons into facilitating higher actine and myosine production, leading to an increase in muscle mass. This is supported by increased testosterone production.

I used to be shy all throughout high school I missed loads of opportunities I reckon maybe I could have been the most popular guy in my year but I was just too shy. After school and college I just didn’t care what people cared that’s what made me boost my confidence and joining a gym interacting with other people. Just don’t give a damn what people think of u it works you’ll just build up your confidence more and more. Things will come good but you have to overcome this you can do it guys.

I was shy as well and the only way i overcame it was by doing one simple thing. Exposing myself, I ended up taking my shirt off almost daily in the parking lot, in the park or even in the school bathroom. Being exposed like this really made me grow, and most importantly made me not give a fuck, which is probably the best thing that has ever happened to me.

Real story. I was in that same boat a couple of years ago. I’d go on KZread as well. Searching for the answer. Came across RSD and their video’s. Had a look into others as well. My lesson was not to wait to talk to the tripple AAA. Begin talking to the B+ or less and work your way up. My second lesson was to feel comfortable with silence in a conversation. Especially with woman, because they will try to fill it in. My third and last lesson was that if I’m listening carefully, a woman always drops in a sentence where she want’s to talk about. With practice over the years, I’m now comfortable with silence and I’m talking to everyone I feel the need to talk to. Thanks for spreading the word 🙏🏼

I was very shy in High School 8 years ago and i hated it. In my case, what helped me to overcome this was to travel and see the world, and to go to the gym. I'm not an extrovert now, but I feel a lot better now :)
I needed this video so much. Thank You. Following your videos for a year now, I love your animation and the way you explain things - subscriber for life. Thank You so much, and please keep making these videos.
I know I've said this already, but your animation is insane. It keeps me intrigued to the videos, and I don't focus on the recommendations youtube has, but on your video. Thanks so much man!

YES! I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and moderate depression a couple months ago, and as a 15 year old my mom didn’t want me to be medicated because she didn’t want me to get addicted. Hey Mitch, I want to thank you brother. If it wasn’t for you I would never met RSD. After seeing this video I totally committed myself to their work and even took part of a few mentoring’s. This video changed my life bigger than you thing en you planted the seed and this was the big beginning of me personal growth. Keep on white the videos that you make your a life changer!!
This video really helped, i was always a shy person who was constantly put down by my peers. I always thought that this was the way it was always be, so i looked at soooo many videos on how to be confident and it always said the same things like just be yourself and just smile. This is the first video that has helped me so thank you so much keep making these videos plzz
Hey Mitch, you are a great person. I enjoy ur videos learning from them. And knowing that you actually mentioned and appreciated your mentor has made the place and value in my heart bigger and brother I respect you a lot. For everything, thank you a lot. 😊

I feel like this video is truly good, real good advice, not like the basic "be yourself" bs. Thanks

Thank you Mitch your videos are so wonderful I watched so much of your videos to conquer my shyness and gain confidence as I have lived all my school life with cowardness and shyness as I am heading to college I want to be confident and live my life as I wanted.
Ayyy from the other side , I watched this video 1.5 yrs ago ( didn't take it seriously from the beginning ) I Start watching Owen Cook and julienhimself vids . , and literally my life changed 360 degre especially social skills , I went from someone who trys to control everything , wants to have certain image , saves some lines to say in social interactions , wants to be cool and perfect to someone who loves life and free from most of the anxiety and social conditioning , and loves himself nomatter what happens in the interactions ( there is still lot of work to be done , I'm on my experience , but I came sooooo far ) ( so if you were struggling with these things know that you're not alone and there is someone out there to help you ) Thank u soooo Frickin much Mitch , you are the reason that I know such a content exists 🙏
Another fantastic piece of visual story telling. Haven't seen you post much lately, I hope you are doing well, Mitch!
There are lots of things I'm afraid to do just because I feel shy . But this video changed my why of thinking and feeling.so i tried it and it went really well I'm so grateful . Thank you

overcoming shyness can be really tough because for years I ve been told that I'm shy but nowadays I've been exploring myself and figuring out how I am and that's itself a progress that I'm proud of

You are such a good storyteller!
Yesterday , i went to a party with my sister's friends and some of mine too. She told me there were 2 girls that were interested in me and one of my friend ( we both are good looking guys , with decent body) . I've been knowing this friend for 9 years , he' s always liked by people , because he's very confident and can talk to everybody . I'm shy but not a weirdo definitely. We were dancing and laughing but at some point my favourite song kicked in and i was about to go to the girl , i turn my head around and saw my friend behind the girl , hand in hand , dancing together ( we knew the girls were interested in us , but only of them was pretty) , she grabbed his hand and they went outside . No one knew about me kinda liking this girl (not that hard), but still wanted to try. When i saw my friend with her , i was fake smiling and kept dancing in front of all the other people ( my sister and my friends) . I lost an opportunity cause of my lack of courage , i should have gone before him , i waited too much. This morning i searched for videos to overcome shyness and approach anxiety, and found this one . When he started talking about the Channel of Owen Cook and RSD , i've seen me , i've seen what i did in my past 5 years . Watching RSD has truly changed my Life, i don't have Money to go to their seminars , but watching them before going to parties has helped me a lot. I started getting passionate about psychology and read books about dating to learn new stuff. I'm 23 passionate about videogames , but not a nerd and i know that's bad , but i just can't stop, i tryhard in every aspect of my passions , when i play football i don't play for fun but to do my best, when i go to the Gym i Always wanna know more , but with girls it's different. I know all the theory , but my shiness Always blocked me . This video Is the proof that i'm not alone , there's someone else that understands Tyler and RSD can be your life teacher , not just dating , but all social skills which is imo the most important thing in life. Who will i become? I don't know , but my dream is to be like Tyler , because you can face every situation in life and knowing how to approach it and react . I can help my friends with girls, recognizing all the mistakes (cause i know all the theory) , but find hard to go talk to girls. Who else is in this position , i think no one

I really wish I had this video 4 years ago because I was a shy mostly introverted person then. I ended up doing what you did, but it was more of a slow process. It started with getting called up in front of my class and had to go over some notes, scariest thing of my life, when I saw everyone I froze and forgot everything I was going to say for a solid 5 seconds until I just started speaking again and it got easier. As I put myself out of my comfort zone I became a lot more extroverted. Its tough but you can do it.
