We testify all the time that people who were bad,evil humans had thousands on their funeral, and some modest, simple man had just a few people. During lifetime its important to be human, afterwards, doesnt matter.

A good way to meditate is to practice hatha yoga and when done daily for some time then do itwith the eyes closed on all your postures the mind becomes focused to the stretch and breath

From my experience, people hate when you don't follow the mob. When you are you own person that don't follow trends and a person who refuse to gossip or don't really care for the small talk. They hate people who march to their own beat and for some odd reason people hate when you're very quiet. You could just be minding your own business and because you don't wanna talk they will get offended by that...
