How to stop procastination without force

Do you ever have resolutions in your mind like starting training every day or work on your own business for at least an hour a day but you never get to it? ⁠
I’m sure most of us deal with this on a regular basis. This happens when our body and mind are not aligned. The actions we take are based on how our body feels. That's why we often plan something in our heads but end up not doing it. ⁠

Now, next time this happens to you, ask yourself these two questions to get your body to do what your mind wants:⁠

1. How do I feel right now?⁠
What is it that I feel right now? Is it frustration, anger, do I feel anxious, overwhelmed, tired, sleepy…
Then ask yourself:⁠

2. What do I want to feel?⁠
Let’s say you wanna feel inspired and confident. Now you need to get your body to feel that. Take an action that gets you into feeling inspired and confident. This can be watching a video, listening to an uplifting song, calling a friend that gets you feeling inspired, or doing a short workout that gets you pumped and feeling strong.⁠

When the feeling you have is aligned with what you want in your mind it’s so much easier to go and take the actions you wanted to take. Now you don’t use force to get yourself to do things and the process is much more smooth, more enjoyable, and productive.⁠

    I've been subscribed to your channels for many years.
