Mind, surrounding. People, physical structure. People. Body- movement, nutrition. Rest, recovery. Mind-*surrounding. Make sure they are clean and organized. Make sure space is clean People.**Disconnect from people who prefer to stay in the past. Need a supportive environment. Movement**Move your body...simple: increase heart rate. Stretching, Nutrition.**Eating clean foods. Foods that bring you energy. Fuel. Sleep** put that on priority list.

I'm a programmer who has been living in the "work-home-work-home.." routine for years. Pretty much staring at computer monitors all day. In early October I started going out, joining physical exercise groups, and hanging around with people. This one simple move has triggered lots of inner states of my mind be changed and filled with energy. I started to "feel" and be aware of the things that make me feel in certain ways. All the worries, uncertainties, habits seem to break down into little pieces that I can control within manageable time. After watching your video, my next move would be trying to focus on my body, nutrition and getting enough rest. Even though things are looking great nowadays for me, I'm starting to feel a little burnt out, but I know that this won't discourage me in the long run. Thank you for your sharings Mike.

I think our thoughts and surroundings kind of govern our emotions. If you have a good healthy space with non toxic people, healthy food, good movement, and good rest then these can all contribute to control of your emotions. Its not really easy to tell people how they should handle there emotions without it just being an anger class. All of these things in my life have given me the energy and focus to handle my emotions more appropriately then when I feel stressed or uncentered with low energy. So my opinion is that if you have all of these things down then all you need is yourself deal with your emotions.

Bonjour Mike ! Pour commencer, merci ! J'ai un question. Before that, thank you for your charing. Also, the Flow Training method help me a lot, heaven i don't work at it a lot this time. I will ask you my question in french, i give you some challenges ;) Où achète-tu tes vêtements ?
