Your Emotions Change What You Become Aware Of

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Our awareness depends on our emotions. We may think we see the truth in something but in reality, we can only see through the lens of our current emotion. If you are mad, then whatever you see will agitate you. If you are happy, then you will see the joy and good in things. If you are worried, then you will see the worst-case scenario in situations. If you are stressed, then more things will bother you.
You can use this information to help you next time you are feeling down and you're suddenly noticing all the bad things around in or in your life.... just remember that its caused by your emotions and not bc things are really that bad. Focus on changing your emotions instead and once your feeling better, look at your situation again and you'll notice a different perspective than before.

Listening to you while making soya yogurt here tonight....it's so true....so many little thoughts played over and over again, nothing new, same old stuff, I caught myself doing that and immediately started thinking about something else....something more positive. Thanks for the reminder.

Thank you for your insight 🌟🙏🏻 this has been an ongoing lesson for me. Deciphering intuition, emotion and logic. I am doing so much better, however I am still learning to deal with my triggers.

This is a perception "We can't change the world or other people" but we can make changes within and on ourselves, which takes us away from feeling limited or controlled / out of control. If other people see our changes, us walking the walk, not just talking the talk, it gives them inspiration, hope and seeds of thought for changes they can make in their own existence and then you see it becomes a chain reaction because their changes are a opportunity to be a part of others changes also and then a change in perception because we have all then been apart of changing the world. The main thing that keeps standing out to me is that religion, race and politics create a belief of separation, when if you go into your heart space, where no preconceptions of our beliefs stand, it is there you realise we are all the same Spirit, all connected, not separated as our perceptions and society can show and unity found in love is what will change you, the people and the world 💜

I am actually surprised to see this many people talking about and sharing this material on Mike's channel, here's a copy and paste: [optiview 17 minutes ago @Luke Caster Dr. Don Elkins (LL research) and Dr. Helen Schucman (ACIM) are both awesome channeled material sources except they can be a bit repetitive for new people, I suppose (Aaron abke) youtube channel sums them up well enough. ]

Dr Sebi has proven that our emotions of stress, emotions and fear are rooted in our diet and alkalinity of our body. Short and sweet, we have been conditioned to eat foods (Meat, Dairy, Sugar, etc.) that harm our central nervous system (brain) and mucous membrane, eventually causing us to feel stress, weak and powerless. When we alkaline our body the fear and powerlessness goes away. Love the video Mike! Just wanted to add some info that can help many people.

@@michivanhalen7086 There are so many! You can get ideas by searching "Alkaline Diet" or "Alkaline Recipe's" but even better Dr. Sebi has a lot of videos on youtube that you can find just by searching his name. My Recent favorites are "Dr. Sebi speaks about natural healing.", "Dr. Sebi In Los Angeles 08/24/14" & "Dr Sebi's Fasting 2014" - these are filled with the info you're asking for. Then you can find his list of alkaline foods on "alkalineeclectic.com/method/". I hope this is enough to get you started!

That's why we need Jesus because he allows us to walk with a new midset (Holy spirit). Galatians 5:22 "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance;" Galatians‬ ‭5:16‬ ‭“But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh.” ‭‭
