Do what you love!!” (that by the way doesn’t even work for me)😄 but with your videos I can’t help and always feel so motivated after watching them..They are so unique, so relaxed, give great and clear tips and advice, and when I’m finished watching them I often get up and say out loud “yup! today is the day I start getting my shit together” 😂 This channel is my new fave! ❤️

    Awesome video as always! (I also feel goofy exercising in public and am glad to know I'm not the only one) But... What are you doing draining beans through your hand?! I had to rewatch that part of the video, because I was so shocked. There is a better way, my friend: when opening the can, only open 95% of it. Leave the last 5% attached to use as a hinge. Lift the lid, rinse the contents, and then close the lid, leaving a small gap for the liquid to drain. Invert the can and enjoy your unsullied, 100% bean-free hands.

  • @mattdavella

    @mattdavella

I'll go up and down the stairs at various temples for hours and hours. At home in Sweden, I take the train everywhere (which beats walking in the freezing cold). Food-wise, I snack a lot when I'm bored but since I'm never bored when I travel, I get better structured meals. This video was still helpful though. You've showed me things I should implement to my day to day life! Keep up the great work! :)

    I love this video. I flying all over Australia as a flight attended staying in SYD, MEL, DWN in hotels and it can be a drain. Working in small and constant amounts is what keeps me feeling good. After 2 years in the job here are my personal tips for the travel hotel life! If there is no gym where I stay is bring with me a resistance band. 20 mins with a basic app and some breathing exercise really helps. Some times I will mix it up doing some yoga on a bathroom towel. Eating from hotel rooms is a pain and always do a bulk shop that involves food that does not need cooking if no kitchen. I will also make a shit tonne of meals and freeze at home which I will bring them and put them in the mini bar freezer which helps the trips. Last thing the juicing is a elixir if you have access time. I feel my dad recovered from chemo when he juiced then he might have without. I hope this helps some people out. When your in Brisbane Matt come and pop in. More then likely ill be away so you can just have they place while Im away.

    "So now I only have to be embarrassed about filming working out in public,"- hahaha. Thanks for being open with your thoughts and lifestyle-working out in a public space is often one of the barriers for me when I'm not staying at a hotel with a gym. I've only recently stopped looking at vacations/trips as half fun yet half miserable by the end when I feel sluggish and icky. Not everyone thrives on routine, but I definitely do- so this vid is great inspiration to not drop it when I travel.

    I like the background you picked for the workouts and also loved how you switched from loud club music to the calm chirp of birds of a fresh morning. I think even working out for 30-40 minutes a day for say 5 of 7 days of your trip can really make you feel good and not regret the trip during the trip which is the worst feeling given how much you look forward to it . Great video over all :)
