How to smoke Iberico Presa with Mojo Rojo Sauce | Best pork in the world
We love iberico pork and the Presa is the pork shoulder. It is flavorful, it is fatty and it is one of our favorite cuts of meat ever. In this recipe video we reverse sear the Presa on the @PKGrills and serve it with a Mojo Rojo Sauce made by hand in the Molcajete.
