    5 days is usually a safe limit. I get them pretty fresh and they seem to be okay even on the 6th day (in closed quality Tupperware) but... I've also trained my body by eating all kinds of expired stuff all the time that the rest of the people at home don't eat 😂

    @@BodyweightMuscle you give good tips. I work from 6 am to 3 pm, have like 2 hours worth of time for training. Issue is sometimes I'm very tired. Wife works a lot of hours so household is on me too. What type of eating is better for me with belly fat and 37 years of age? I feel I can't loose weight. Maybe it's what I eat. Or the fact I sleep 6 to 7 hours

    Sun your balls, wait 90 minutes for cortisol to come down naturally, take 17 scoops AG1, peptides , TRT, no unnatural soap or anything else, no gluten, no dairy , grassfed grass finished beef and meat , liver, heat, then cold, then red light AND then start you day „naturally“ 😂 I got carried away my friend, great video 👊🏻
