Man for some reason I'm not getting notifications for your videos
That's me...
Hey Xero, have you tried any of the strategies in the video to improve CDF?
thank you bro🔥🔥🔥
💪🏼
"Staying up late to regain a sense of personal control". As a new Dad with a infant this could not be more accurate - I rationalise it as "my free time" but then feel worse and worse waking up as the week goes by..
Yup, very common. Try the strategies in the video, I promise they help. Let me know if you have any questions 💪🏼

My name is Michelle I am trying to do those exercises. I been like this for a year.
Hi Michelle 💪🏼🦿
i think its about retaining the test than boosting in the 40s , your testosterone peaks when you are young
Well, it depends... If you're not strength training, you have a lot of stress etc, then incorporating these habits will actually boost your testosterone back to your normal levels
Dad bods just mean you know how to enjoy life! 😁😁
You actually enjoy life even more without one
τόσο καιρό πάω από Γαλαξία! Με άρεσε που τον είδα σε τέτοιο βίντεο!
For me correct your nutrient deficiency first and avoid obesity by doing exercise
Have you tried going up to 11 - 13% body fat? For a lot of men 8% is too low and can have a negative effect on testosterone
Nutrient deficiency and obesity am 158 lbs 8% body fat I have normal testosterone level 650 ngl but I still have erectile dysfunction because of nutrient defiencecy
Hey Daniel, 8% bodyfat can be too low for some men, affecting ED negatively. Have you tried upping your bodyfat at around 12% to see how you feel?

Yeah, I don't know why it's like that, probably a lense issus
Another fantastic video... thankyou Anthony! 🫡
Your very welcome Dave 🙏🏼💪🏼
Hi, I really enjoy your uploads. Great presentation and thoughtful, quality information. TQ.
Thank you sir! I really appreciate it, positive feedback always keeps me motivated to keep creating content I enjoy and that is authentic to me 🙏🏼💪🏼
Nice
I have been stuck on 30 seconds for a while now. I can just barely make it that long. I use gloves but maybe i should just use bare hands. I am over 70 male. Should I just do it more than once each day ?
I have been following you for a long time. You're advice and faith in God has turned my life around.
Bollocks 😂
@TheHoliday2012 Yup, that's where testosterone is made

You don't sunburn when you don't eat sugar. That shit makes you photosensitive. Also, I live in the UK, there's virtually never any direct sunlight around here.
Hey Τ, in that case supplementing with vit D would be good for you. Still, even plain natural light and being outdoors is always beneficial (even if it's not direct sunlight)
Anthony do you recommend supplementing with vitamin D or do you see it as unnecessary? I do get adequate sun exposure where i live versus those who might not Thank you
Hey Capo, if you get enough sun on a daily basis, you should be good. The best way to know for sure though is getting a targeted blood test. Which country do you live in?
@@BodyweightMuscleU.S.A. However due to my working hours I'm getting little sun as I work indoors I get a bit more exposure daily during the summer with the obvious longer sun time in general
@@BodyweightMuscleUSA
@@BodyweightMuscle My reply seems to keep getting deleted I live in the U.S.
@capo4270 hey Capo, last I remember close to 40% of men in USA had cit D deficiency. In general before before you start over supplementing I always recommend that you get a detailed blood panel done P.S. not sure why your reply got deleted.
Have been following you since 2020. Always provide great content, clean video. Unlike famous influencer never insult others.❤
Nice!
Hey Daniel, do you get any outdoor workouts during the week?
@@BodyweightMuscle nop, Just indoor (gym)
Give it a try, even 1-2 sessions a week make a difference mood wise!
❤
This is awesome, i'm definitely going to try this one out!
What about walking 10 hours a day
You a mailman or something? 😄
@@BodyweightMuscle pokemon go
Hahah, nice
How many steps a day do you get?
@@BodyweightMuscle latest for last week was 143,751 steps, it tells you every Monday at 9am how much you have done.

What works really well is a bag of aquarium rocks its a small bag and 25 lbs. I put the bag in the water bladder pocket
Hi Anthony! Perhaps the circuit training method fulfills the need to shorten trains, would you agree on that? My question is: is it less optimal than the method you show, for building muscle? By circuit training I mean jumping from one exercise to another, with 15 seconds between, and do about four exercises (push, pull, legs, abs), performing 3 or more sets with about 2 mins rest in between. By the way, is it just me or anyone else suffers from severe perspiration after workouts, even after a good shower? For me is a big disconfort, since I workout in the morning and go straight to the office, afterwards. Any thoughts/sugestions to aproach this problem?
Hey Daniel! Yes, superset are better for building muscle. The main reason is that with circuits are heavy on the cardiovascular system, which holds you back from being able to get as many reps as you'd be able to get if you'd be doing something more linear. In simple words, you reach cardiovascular failure before you reach muscle failure. Does that make sense?
@@BodyweightMuscle Yes, it does make sense, thanks! Any thoughts on the perspiration problem? :)
You're welcome my sir!👊🏼
@@danielpessegueiro6343 Hey Daniel, what do you mean by perspiration problem?
@@BodyweightMuscle Just the fact that even after a good shower, i continue to sweat as if i was still working out. It kind of bothers, because i go to work after my workout.
Good video as usual
Thank you sir 💪🏼💪🏼
At 5:02 is it supposed to be the rest (4-5 min) between the failure sets? I undestand it as that you always have about 45sec between the easy sets, and the days when you have both easy and failures, you rest 45sec as usual between the easy, but after the last easy, before and between the failure sets you rest 4-5min.
What i have found that works best for me its doing something like a "Cindy" workout from crossfit... 5 pullups, 10 pushups and 15 squats for x minutes... using proper form and then something with kettlebells.
Hey Roni, it depends, what's the goal? What's the main thing you want to achieve?
@@BodyweightMuscle Basically... not have manboobs and being able to hold my daughter in my arms as long as possible.
My biggest time saver has been supersettng one set with 10 burpees. Huge time saver with max bang for your buck 😊
Sounds challenging 💪🏼!I love burpees, especially plyo-burpees!
Thanks dude!
Your welcome sir
@@BodyweightMuscle Didnt mean anything disrespectul with ”dude”, so sorry, Sir 😀. … I have never subscribed to a channel after just watching 1 video, except now, because you obviously know your stuff and present it well and seem like a good guy overall 👍🏼💪🏼. So I’m subscribing now and start this pullup program now on monday. Thanx for your knowledge and keep up the good work! 👍🏼💪🏼
Hey man, I didn't think you meant anything like that. Don't worry, I'm not the new age "woke" kind of person that takes everything personally 😄 Welcome to the channel and good luck with the program, let me know how it goes! 💪🏼💪🏼
@@BodyweightMuscle Yeah buddy 👍🏼
I think Anthony has a serious problem with producing so much garbage... He will have come out of the cut phase and will already be in the bulk phase
😄
Kids make so. Much. Trash. 😂 Really enjoy your content brother, there’s a lot of great exercise and diet “systems” out there, again if you have time for everything. Between you, ATG to some degree and Kyle Boggeman you’ve got it nailed down for most folks. there’s a lot to keeping things simple and using exercise as an energy creator rather than a drain
Hey Kyle, hahahah indeed 😄! Thank you brother, happy to hear you enjoy the content. Plus, there's so much other fun stuff to do in life why spend hours training when you can get 80% of the results just like training smart and covering the basics 💪🏼
I also like to do supersets. Mostly antagonist style. I never understood why people do the 2 exercises and than take a rest. I always do the first exercise, than 1 minute rest, than the second exercise, than 1 one minute rest. Repeat 2 to 5 times. I find it much better to recuperate between each set of each muscle. Is this a wrong approach?
Not at Jochen, there are many ways to approach it! Your way works great 👌🏼(I also do something similar)
Hello Anthony. How is your piano playing progress going?
Hey Sergio, progressing, slowly, but progressing. I try to practice minimum 20' 5X a week :). Do you play music?
@@BodyweightMuscle Yes I do. I love music. Music is the closest thing we have to magic !
That's a really interesting study, I personally haven't done straight sets in quite a few years now...
Hey Josh, yeah, they work great but they cost a lot of time. What do you do mainly? Supersets?
@@BodyweightMuscle yes I like to do something like... Pull ups > overhead press, push up > row, squat > hip hinge, I find it works nicely.
Nice, minimal and complete, the kind of plan I like to follow myself 💪🏼
@@BodyweightMuscle yeah man you can't be the basic fundamental movement patterns 👍🏽

Although I'm not a "dad", lots of things interfere with my workout 💪 routine. Thanks for all the great tips.
Happy to hear that Manuel! Do you train in the morning? What are your strategies?
@@BodyweightMuscle since I work nights it's usually after work, in the morning. Days off from work afternoon to get some change of routine
@@manuelgonzales6483 nice, what does a typical workout of yours look like?
@@BodyweightMuscle Daily routine - Back stretches(as I have suffered from a motorcycle 🏍️ incident that needs to be worked on) Warm up routine, usually light jog(5 minutes)Squats(as many as possible), upper body (chest, back, 💪 biceps/triceps, shoulders(all 3 heads), cool down and shower. 3 days a week. Abs on days off. Slip in a Tabata 2 to 3 times a day when I'm feeling energized 😁. I try to be careful because I over did it one time and was out of commission for 3 months. I used heavy dumbbells and my back took the hit and said "NO!". Besides your books 📚 I use the 7 minute back solution and another book from a back surgeon called "Get Serious". Diet is my battle 🙄🫨😔

This is my favorite channel on KZread it’s the 1st thing I look for during my day to see if u have posted any new content… will you please do a video on nutrition and getting shredded with calisthenics I sure would appreciate it
Thank you sir, very happy to hear you enjoy my content. I should indeed some more videos on nutrition since ppl have been asking. I'll try to do one soon!
'Imagine you have 3 knobs' I only have 1 knob and the intensity, volume and frequency are all turned down.
You are an inspiration. Thanks for the video. I am training to go beyond 20 pull ups. The last time I did 20 pull ups in a set was as a teen wheb I was 12kg lighter. I have reached sets of 18. I agree very much with your hybrid system
Hey man, good luck, let me know how it goes 👊🏼
@@BodyweightMuscle I just did 4 clean pull ups with my 9year old son hung on me over the weekend. :) I will continue with my training and tracking the sets.

Haha, indeed nothing compares to a morning workout. Why so early?
Great content, is this the next iteration to the exercise plan you shared in the dadbod demolition project. Any chance you could link this back to the routine?
Hey R, these are the basic principles you want to keep in mind if you want to design your own plan based on what is more practical for you. I could make a video on how to put all this into practice through different splits so you can pick what works for you. Would that work?
